If you believe what is being reported, then Clement is the board's favoured candidate but he still has an offer from Saudi. So even if we are to offer him the job then there is no guarantee he'll take it.

 

Given that, would Muscat accept knowing / thinking he's the 2nd choice? 

 

Either way, I just hope this is concluded soon.

I was hoping for some news this week, but nothing yet. As Gonzo said earlier, need to take it as a positive that the press know about as much as we do, nothing in the (online) rags either.
