Some very good contributions yesterday. 

 

Was going to vote for Lundstram but given his two goals and overall performance went for Tav

I should preface my comments with the fact that I watched the game from a low down Hampden seat so couldn't really see much of the game that well.

 

Although Tav scored twice, his crossing, particularly in the first half was dreadful.

 

I thought Lundstram had a great game but I'm going with Danilo. His constant running was excellent and he won the important penalty. He's improving all the time.

Aside from his two goals, Tav wasn't that effective. However, he won the mind game against Clarke at the penalty and the free kick was a moment of magic, so MOTM goes to Tav.  Sima, Balogun, Jack, Lundstram, Wright, Danilo, Butland all worthy of plaudits too.

Danilo for me although some very good performances from most of the team.

For me it was between Lundstram, Balogun and Danilo, went for our wee Brazilan.

Tav for me. Sima & Lundstrum were excellent. A good all round solid performance.

I'll be honest I thought Scott Wright was the game changer - Tav got the goals and will get the credit but Wright drove us on imo.

 

I've criticised him in the past so I've got to give him this one, he was brilliant.

 

Hopefully he can kick on.
