Like Larsson you mean?

I think Mols (and Rangers) was really unlucky with his injury, i would at least give Webster a chance and see how he recovers.

Larsson broke his leg not his knee.

What about Prodan? He had a gammy knee too.

Sebby Rozental was another with the knee injury was he not?

And Big Marv?

Gav's right here, once a knee goes a player loses confidence to do the slightest twist.

For me, Webster was decent potential but I always thought it was Pressley who stood out at Hearts and made him look good.

Novo misses vital European run-in

Nacho Novo has been in good form for Rangers this season

Rangers forward Nacho Novo expects to be out of action for up to six weeks.

The Spaniard dislocated his shoulder during a friendly with Middlesbrough and is expected to miss the remaining Champions League group fixtures.

Meanwhile, Stevie Smith has targeted a return to training in a month's time after a hernia operation.

The 22-year-old left-back has not played for the Ibrox club since December and has undergone three operations in a year.

Manager Walter Smith told the club website he hoped it was the end of the defender's injury problems.

"Stevie had another operation last week in Germany for a slight hernia problem. It will be another month before he returns to training," said Smith.

Smith said the full-back had visited a number of European countries in the past 11 months seeking specialist advice to tackle his injury problems.

So i guess you will be changing your opinion of Buffel then?

Afterall he has had long term knee problems.

We're talking career threatening injuries who had ended a lot of players games plus those who have been out for extra long periods. Buffel's career wasnt threatened.

And its not just knees, its any injury to threaten ruining the career plays on the mind. Check how shite Michael Owen is now, he should be running around like a mummy he had had that much injuries :)

Stevie Smith underwent another operation in Germany last week and Walter Smith says it was a success and could be back to full training in a month.

Nacho Novo has a shoulder injury, picked up in the closed door friendly against Middlesborough, and could be out for for a couple of weeks.

Andy Webster went through a simple clean up operation on his knee and should be back training next month.

I was told he would not be ready till mid next season

by who?

don't think the club or SS would say he'll be back in full training in a month if it's not close to the truth, although they can exaggerate a bit
