'Director of Football Recruitment' sounds like a change in role from a pure DoF. That's not necessarily a bad thing as we do require a recruitment specialist. PSV seem to have assembled a really good squad. We've taken a Head of Performance from Brighton, too. It doesn't say what he did at Brighton, though. We need to do much better on the pillar of players trading and it goes hand in hand with recruiting talent for the team not simple for trading.
