[FT] Hibernian 2 - 2 Rangers (Dessers 2'; Raskin 50')

Even without the var intervention in the goal, the build-up before it the defender is pulling Raskin's hand for about 2 yards! How did Var not pick that up also,  Is it the fact he didn't go down in the box?

Call me a technological primitive, if youse wull, but, if the VAR system can use its magic lines to demonstrate whether, at the goal line (or as near to it as makes no appreciable difference), the toe of a forward's boot is 'offside', then surely this wizardry can, in like manner, determine if a ball is in the net.

What am I missing? Is there some technical reason that system's sorcery must stop at the goal line?

(Actual goal line technology would be better, I concede.)

Aye, so much more at stake yesterday.

Perfect game for the dark forces to go big and do their worst.

Most important and interesting game for Rangers this weekend is at Ibrox, today.

Never thought I would ever say that about woman's fitbaw, but it is true.

He was, actually, from Azerbaijan.

(At that time, you will recall, the country was part of the USSR, and, thus, under the wise guidance of LI Brezhnev.)
