It has been somewhat confusing and until the new controlling interest buys up the 50%+ of shares then tells us about their vision and plans, it will probably remain so. We have been led to believe, mostly by 'educated' guesswork that the way ahead would be a modern football club model, analytics and a Head Coach with a Director of Football in charge. At first glance, Steven Gerrard doesn't seem to be a good fit for that. So, what is the vision, the plan. We'll have to wait and see what they have to say.

I will be very disappointed if Gerrard is our next manager because it is likely the new owners will be party to this decision and in my eyes it would put them in a poor light. This is purely a personal view.

As far as I'm aware, we are allowed to start with eleven players if Dessers is unavailable. Igamane is a better finisher than Dessers and a good manager would have played him up front more often.

I have these in the lorry cab btw. As long as all lights are steady on all the time, should be no issue. Can have them along front of dash, behind the seats, whatever, just shouldn't flash and impede others vision.

I'd suggest that whilst they can look at the comments Bomber made, it would then be incumbent on them to illustrate what was wrong in what he has said. There is nothing that the compliance officer can do without looking like another howling bead rattler.

The language used in that article is ridiculous and the 'leaked message' it refers to was not from anyone at the club or Gerrard's side, so I think we can disregard that story/source.

I note that SpamFolder FC has sacked Anthony Docherty. Just sayin', but should he be added to the runners and riders? Perhaps @Rousseau will be along to accentuate the potential positives of such an appointment.

Craig Dawson, Wily Boly, Michael Keane or Ben Mee. One of the above would be good on a short term deal to play CB. If they are cheap enough. Generally I'd stay away from Bosmans unless young or from a much smaller market. They want a big sign on fee and big wages so can be a false economy.

I know they can't be flashing Red, white, and Blue but they can be used as non-flashing.
