Rangers FC LLC is a limited company registered in Delaware. There are 2 other Rangers companies registered in Delaware - Rangers FC Investors LLC and Rangers FC Investors Manager LLC. My guess is that they are either dormant or are vehicles for parts of the consortium to have their investments in the holding company. The shareholders of a Delaware company are not publicly available. Delaware's corporate laws prioritise privacy, and shareholder information is not part of the public record. Just thought I'd add this in case anyone was interested.
