  1. I don't buy into any of that.
  2. No offence but you have obviously no concept of the situation we are in. Our very existence is still under threat. There is no guarantee that our club will survive over the next few months. We are more in debt now than we were, our squad is weakened and could be much more weakened in the summer. People are having to donate cash to keep us going. The administrators appear to have no intention short term of arranging a CVA so what are they up to? What are buyers going to buy? I have not heard one convincing argument that we can be sold. There is nothing that I see as being better now than it was 11 months ago.
  3. Agreed. There was contact, and I'm not convinced he dived.
  4. Just made my first one too.
  5. What utterances are you referring to, FS?
  6. Is it misinformation? Is the battle for the club getting nasty?
  7. Yeah, what's the rumour?
  8. Life's a bitch! Hope you and your good lady are enjoying the break.
  9. If the regulatory body is not involved in anything to do with any review then there should be no question of him standing down, particualrly as it's clear that he had nothing to do with the contracts. Everyone knows what RCO's responsibilities were back then. There was never any question that he was involved in player contracts.
  10. I think that's worth repeating. All this pandering is bordering on insane.
  11. They don't have a point. You can't have someone stand down from their job just because there may be some conflict of interest in something that he he will have no impact or involvement in. His presence is only causing problems to those who have an anti-Rangers agenda. We haven't been found guilty of anything and even if we are, there's no suggestion by anyone reasonable that Ogilvie had any involvement in it. This implication that Ogilbvie has ever or will ever act in any way other than honourably is extremely insulting. Sorry but I can't believe that we're even discussing it on here.
  12. Innocent until proven guilty. I believe the investigations being carried into player registrations and dual contracts are being carried out by the SPL and not the SFA, so it's irrelevant. Perhaps the kitman at Ibrox should also stand down as he also was not involved in player contracts at that time? The fact that anyone is suggesting that someone should stand down to satisfy the hatred of a bunch of rabid bigots shows where we are as a country/
  13. That must be impossible.
  14. Ticketus must have known what Whyte was up to, or else they would just have paid the cash to the club when he took over. The way that the deal was to be structured was well-publicised and 5 minutes of due diligence by Ticketus would have highlighted what he as up to, if he had not already expalined it to them. They are complicit and I have no sympathy with them.
  15. I was assuming that it was possible that under the BK's scheme that Ticketus will get "paid" through future trading (and/or share issue) and it would not impact the CVA. I could be way off track though.
  16. He probably did pay close to that for all of his shares (although not all of it went into the club). £50m rights issue, £10m King issue, £6m original purchase, £9m ENIC. There was also purchases from Gillespie and others.
  17. Whyte would have learned about Ticketus through the due diligence process.
  18. So he is saying that he knew about it as a director and failed in his duty to report it? He should be charged for that. So how the hell did you know about it, Hugh? Senility is a terrible thing.
  19. What was Jardine's (and Mark's) answer, C?
  20. Thanks for the clarification. I guess it depends on whether it will have an impact on the payment of the other creditors. Presumably the cash paid to "buy the club" will go towards creditors. if subsequently Ticketus also get paid from other cash then the administrators should not have a problem. If however it does impact the payment of creditors then, yes, you would have a point and there may be an issue. Like everything else, it's just unclear. I get the feeling that the administrators' view of Ticketus changes on a daily basis.
  21. What was the answer? And will jardine get banned from FF as well?
  22. I stopped listening to it for a while but the biitter Celtic fans have actually become a parody of themselves. The celtic fan from 'only an excuse' with the monobrow (Sean Lourdes?) wouldn't even dream of coming up with what they are saying.
  23. Why does accepting the bid mean that you are paying money to a firm that you do not believe are due anything?
