We're at the World Cup ... well, Peralta is!

I can see us signing Carlo Costly. Hang on, we've already had him. -
Might just be the thing which tips the scales. If the judge feels Ahmad has at least a prima facie case, he'll grant the ring fencing. Add that to the slow ST sales, and trading insolvent could be a reality. If that happens we may see the old liquidators strolling back up the road (they probably kept their hotel bookings open, pending the momentous day) and we may, if a legitimate administrator/liquidator is appointed this time, actually begin again (again) on a practical footing rather than the Oz fantasy of last time around. At least this way we could do it without fans being at each others' throats. A hard lesson indeed, but it might offer one way out. Grim, nihilistic times.

He didn't say the accounts are false. They accurately enough record money swanning out the door under headings for things like catering and retail, corporate accounts and so on. Although it's not broken down in anything like the detail I would have liked. They don't have to be false to be horrific.

No, no , no, not even the most useless board in our entire history could be this useless. Maybe we need to see them marching down Edmiston Drive in hooped shirts or something.

Argentina '78 man myself. Possibly explains why I can take our present condition and not go nuts.

I suppose not. Anyway, someone suggested he was from the east so I just wanted to deny that.

Some unfair comments here & I am bound to defend my mate, although his comment on FS could only result in a ban. I've been asking him for a while to try Gersnet because he's sharp and an excellent writer and a total Rangers fanatic. His ability is fuelled by anger and aggression and it boils over frequently but it can result in superb stuff. He also has health issues and adopts the same aggressive approach to them, which I assume to be a coping mechanism, but obviously you can't extend how you deal with yourself to others, especially not on day 1, and expect people not to take issue. Maybe Vb have been sending in entryists for all I know but in this case I have to take the blame, I think. A curious start to the week, defending a Vanguard bear.

Rangers are a total embarrassment on a daily basis. No amount of loyalty ought to blind us to that. Whatever the pros and/or cons of this idea, where it's club legend mouthpiece has been living since retirement is just about the least relevant aspect of it. Though it is worth remembering that Gough has been, since birth, cosmopolitan and was unlikely to buy a house in Stirling and take up bowls when his playing days ended. Really, when the details are available, judge the idea on them, although I know most will have a position already anyway. But like most rushed or hasty projects there will inevitable be gaping holes for you pick out without things like 'California' or 'we're not embarrassing' - they weaken any case against because they seem (and are) petty. .

That there are multiple candidates tells its own, grim story.

No doubt your boredom will see you avoid the thread setting out their plans tomorrow, Rab.

We suck beyond measure. But personalising his inability to coach a decent team of footballers into a campaign to make you 'feel this way' is slightly unfair, amigo. He's not actually doing it on purpose, you know!

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but I do find it hard to understand how there's anything but sadness that a club legend and hero is failing so emphatically. Not being able to look at or hating the guy is, on any scale by which you measure response, an overreaction.

Whether you agree with legal action or not possibly only Rangers could dismiss the 'blamegame' overcredit Going to the police may very well be since the idea is plainly to run certain people out of town, but groundless? Defamatory? Never in a million years. At the very least, although it will be expensive, this sort of response ought to ensure subsequent passengers on HMS Gravy Train will think twice about being so blatant with their bullshit.

Fixed that for you. I enjoy your dry humour very much. -
No idea what you're talking about, unless Darthter has been appointed to the board.

The notion of this present group using stock market rules and/or good business practice to justify anything is a little hard to swallow.

Rangers investor urges Dave King to put his money where his mouth is
andy steel replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Can anyone explain why he would serve a winding up order? Was there something odd about his purchase of shares? Or is he just beeling? I don't understand much of this.- 84 replies

Sounds like the kind of attitude Fergus McCann employed to get hold of them. That would do me fine.- 84 replies

I bow to your youthful memory, young master. Either senility or the tsunami of uselessness we're subjected to made me forget...
