  1. WALLACE PRAISES UNWAVERING SUPPORT Wallace praises 'unwavering support' of Rangers fans GRAHAM WALLACE insists Rangers are making 'good progress' on the road to recovery and are putting the foundations in place for a period of 'long-term success and financial stability'. Graham Wallace is nearing the end of his 120-day review The Light Blues yesterday unveiled season ticket prices for the 2014/15 campaign that will see Ally McCoist's side bid to complete their return to the top flight by landing the Championship crown at the first time of asking. While the Gers have claimed back-to-back league titles, the financial picture at Ibrox is still uncertain, with Wallace set to complete his 120-day review by the middle of the month. The Ibrox chief executive said: "We've come a long way already and we are pleased to be able to say that Rangers Football Club's progress back to the top of Scottish football continues. "Securing the SPFL League One title in record time, reaching the final of the Ramsdens Cup and competing in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup against Dundee United this weekend demonstrates this continued progress as we work to re-establish Rangers at the top level. "Off the pitch, we are making good progress in repositioning the club and business to be capable once again of supporting our challenge at the top level of domestic and European competition. "The journey, however, would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the Rangers fans. "People talk about players having to earn their jersey, especially at Rangers. Well every season ticket holder at Ibrox has certainly earned their seat. "Another exciting chapter in the history of this extraordinary club is about to begin. "With the continued support of the Rangers community together with a strong sustainable business plan, we are putting in place the foundations for a future period of long-term success and financial stability." Is this guy just extracting the urine?
  2. Whether or not a ST Trust Fund is set up I will not be paying up front for next season, it will be game by game basis for me. To hand the board £10M without any cast iron guarantees would be an act of utter stupidity IMO.
  3. Join Date: 31-07-2006 Posts: 664 Attention all Rangers players. At p resent I,m in gods waiting room with motor neuron disease. All I want for the remainder of my life is a performance worthy of Rangers players. Do you know how lucky you are, pulling on a blue jersey ,many in the Rangers family envy your position. All we want is, when leaving the pitch after the game, ask yourself ,is my jersey soaked with sweat, have I gave all for the team and supporters. Please make my last few games something to take with me through the Big blue gates, All the best.
  4. Latest info on auto renewals. Just some information in case anyone is running low on funds at the bank and wants to avoid any charges. Around now you should be receiving an email from the club regarding season ticket renewals. At the bottom you should see the following text telling you if you are on the scheme for auto-renewal. Quote: Thank you for renewing your 2014/15 season ticket. In the event that you wish to cancel you will have to inform the ticket office. * At the moment we are unsure whether or not this has to be done in writing but the email address for them is TicketCentreMailBox@rangers.co.uk *
  5. To cancel the auto renew you can phone them or email webmail@rangers.co.uk put your name and rangers number in the email. Your money should be returned.
  6. I doubt it, but who cares this is GERSNET.
  7. No chance of that, their decision to ban my illuminating posts also their loss

  9. Sorry to see Johnny Hubbard and Alex Macdonald being used to sell this to fans. 18% rise if true will be a major turn off for a lot of fans IMO.
  10. PLG you have highlighted what I was alluding to, the hypocrisy of some who talk about others causing splits. As I've said on other posts on here and other forums we will never get 100% unity but the vast majority can come together.
  11. Poll from FF. View Poll Results: Should Ally McCoist and his backroom staff stand down from Rangers? Yes, Ally must go and take his whole backroom including Durrant with him 1,268 88.24% Yes, but Ally McCoist only, the rest can stay 19 1.32% No, Ally should be given more time 130 9.05% Other - Please post your opinion in the thread 20 1.39%
  12. He should not have been given the managers job in the first place, got it because he was there and Waltes assistant. Job should have been advertised and best man selected. McCoist is never ever a manager, he has proved that since he got the job. He is not going to resign, he is getting grossly overpaid why would he give that up?
  13. Best we just agree to differ, I'm banned from enough forums:laugh:
  14. You are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine. In the first paragraph of his post d'art is complaining about the profanity and insults that are thrown around between fans, his organisation is the worst we have for that sort of behaviour IMO. You mention the forums he posts on, there is a difference between these forums and membership of VB which is secretive. As I said his articles were interesting.
  15. Ok here's my view and I await incoming. I enjoyed reading most of his posts, did not agree with them all but were interesting at least. He is a member of VB who are the most disruptive element in our support IMO. They attack other Rangers fans just because their wife happens to be a RC, attack the Founders Trail guys. Did D'art ever apologise for this behaviours by his group? Kettle & pot.
  16. Easdales-Completely-Focused-on-Rangers I bet they are:angry:
  17. RST statement. The Rangers Supporters Trust (RST) is dismayed by the news that Police Scotland may not allow large flags into the Ramsdens cup final on Sunday at Easter Road. There is already a ban on alcohol in public, something which does not happen when the rugby is played at Murrayfield, or at the Edinburgh derby. Once more, Rangers fans are being criminalised through no fault of their own. The unprecedented decision to refuse entry with large flags on the basis that it can be used to hide pyro seems redundant given that special sniffer dogs will be on duty to stop any pyro from entering the stadium. This decision by Police Scotland will cost supporters clubs money. Bridgeton Loyal recently spent a substantial amount of money on a new flag for the game which is now not allowed and there are no doubt others in the same position. The RST urges Police Scotland to allow common sense to prevail and engage in dialogue with fans and the club to allow supporters to enjoy the day in a safe and sensible manner, and allow flags into the game.
  18. He's definitely worth the watching, dearie me what next.
  19. RM: The first target that Rangers First has is to obtain 5% of shares in the club. GM: That gives you powers in terms of calling a general meeting and getting answers to questions. It is all about getting what is called ACT - authoritative consultative transparency. That basically means the fans having a voice and the club having to listen to and engage with us. This is about the board engaging with the fans so that we know what the situation at the club is and we can all move forward together. It is not about getting a fan on the board. Our members would have to vote on having a representative on the board down the line. It has still to be decided. But, personally speaking, I think we would want a professional representing us. GM: The money the Community Interest Company spends must be to the benefit of the Rangers community. We can't just spend money willy-nilly. Initially, we just want to get shares until we can get the ACT. Once we get that then it will be up to the members to decide what we do with the money after that. We can fund specific projects that are and are to the benefit of the club. This is my major reason for not supporting RF, it is not a fan ownership scheme and does not claim to be.
  20. Any good work that VB have done pales into insignificance when we look at their behaviour towards fellow Rangers fans e.g. Founders Trail guys & Chris Graham.
  21. Hearing he has had a set back. Anyone have news.
  22. DK will not lose us any ST holders, same goes for UOF. McCoist will lose us plenty if the people around me are anything to go by.
  23. Aye you just carry on and let the Bros Grim and co take the piss.
  24. Yes been thinking that way myself, although I have not seen the constitution/rules of the RFFF. Anyone have a copy?
