  1. Fly with the birds and get shot with the birds. He won't be charged with the knife but Rangers won't take it lightly. They shouldn't anyway. He's out on his ear come the end of the season.
  2. It's a difference force who are dealing with it. No doubt they'll ask for help from PS but whatever force cover the Lancaster area will do all the enquiry work.
  3. It's getting out of hand now. When I was a kid you'd watch Rememberance Sunday on the TV and attempt to imagine what so many people went through back in the day. Now it's all about social media, minutes silences (or not) at football matches and James fuckin MacLean. Such a shame.
  4. Good. No need and no place for that behaviour. I hope the police catch them all.
  5. I didn't think you were. Like I said, we can all make our own minds up. BlueMazza, the words used by him were unhappy and frustrated. He's not at the stage where he wants to leave the club, far from it.
  6. It came from the man himself. MW knows of his frustration too. Let's hope he can channel his frustration into top performances on the park. I'm not asking anyone to believe or disbelieve it. Make up your own mind but I know what I believe.
  7. Apparently he's unhappy at the club at present because he's not being played in his natural position. It's not a huge issue but one MW isn't helping by playing him as a holding midfielder. Thing is, if he was played in his natural position, would he get a game?
  8. Well done Deila. Now go to your bosses and tell them the same thing.
  9. It's brilliant seeing Chelsea lose every week only beaten by hearing Mourinho moan about everything. Long may it continue.
  10. Him and John Collins are a comedy double act.
  11. I'd like a more experienced player in that role.
  12. Didn't fancy them at all but took over 2.5 goals.
  13. Who cares how long he's here for. As long as he plays well, scores goals and give his all then he'll do well here and the fans will like him.
  14. Why do people get their knickers in such a twist about where people post new threads? If it's in the wrong room then admin will move it. Hardly a big deal. As for the topic, Hughes was never a professional footballer but it's sad to see someone ruin the career they had or waste the money they earned. He seems to have gone off the rails recently.
  15. Ooooft, St Johnstone's first goal was a peach.
  16. The majority of managers in Scotland are no better than average. Why? Because they're managing in Scotland. The managers who have moved down to England to manage have largely failed with the odd exception. McCall is a mediocre manager as is McInnes who finished 2nd last season.
  17. Ally wasn't as good as a mediocre manager.
  18. Two totally different scenarios. The glaring difference is that one happened off the park and the other on the park. I'd have guessed that there's different rules and punishments for incidents that happen on and off the field of play. I remember the Aluko incident, he was hard done by but I'd automatically suspend any player seen to be diving for 3 games. As for the Griffiths punishment, it's absolutely sickening but UEFA have set the precedent with their fines to clubs whose fans have made racist remarks or had racist banners. Will the SFA be advised by UEFA when it comes to things like this?
  19. Can you imagine a McCoist team pressing the ball and pressuring the opponents? Nah, me neither.
  20. To be fair to McCormack, I think he's had a decent career. Nothing special, but decent.
  21. Taking a corner into the box isn't 'lumping' if you have a routine, you know where I hit the ball to and to what player. That's calculated, thought out and probably practiced. But yes, under McCoist it would've been lumped into the box and hope for the best.
