    I agree with this Hildy, who the hell wants to go see a team with no traditions or heritage? Ashley would be better putting out a select team of staff members from his shops, he's currently ripping out the heart of the club, he'll lose what's remaining of the support. Because the Rangers we and they love is all but gone.

He' brings a vast experience of vacant right enough. vacant honesty, vacant impartiality, vacant work ethic and a vacant lack of any intelligence, he should breeze into any vacant position.

    This is what i don't understand why get involved then? in the grand scheme of thing his onerous contract with us brings in tiny fraction in percentage of SD overall profits.

    He;s been that shrewd he's let a prime asset go to rack and ruin, even paying a pittance for us he;s spectacularly took his eye off the ball up here imo.

    These guys are supposed to be movers and shakers in their fields, looks like a simple bear will have to lead them by the hand here. You have paid a pittance for your hold on our club. Also most of you have taken a huge wedge for little work. Put some decent money into the club and it's infrastructure, get us back into the top league and competing for honours. Then you can sell your share for vast mark-up. Now how difficult is that?

    We won't, Ashley will if he's serious about wanting his onerous contract to remain very profitable (up to date). He can just as easily replace Aly with some nondescript journeyman manager, either way it will tip his hand as to how this shambles is going to pan out.

    I think at this moment in time, it will be someone from England with ties to Ashley or with a proven track record in the EPL. Ashley has to get this right or the support decline will continue unabated. Assuming of course Ashley actually gives a monkey's f@ck? Which up till now he has shown a remarkable dereliction in a duty of care. for a supposed shrewd business man.

    He isn't going to do any time, because he's a snivelling wee coward, he'll turn on his erstwhile friends and implicate them all. The judged will take into account his full confession and implicating others involved in the fraud, he'll get a massive fine and suspended sentence. Least some of the truth will come out, if i was the others involved lawyers i would be telling them to squeal louder and put the wee fooker firmly in the frame.

    He's saying nothing that hasn't been said on here and over the forums for months, he's just saying it to a wider audience. I don't remember him saying very much about himself being hounded out of the SFA by the bigots, nor much about that rat Whyte? Maybe Smith should take some of his own advice, lets hear what went on with Regan's appointment at the SFA and his connections to Liewell, Regan's subsequent anti-Rangers crusade. Also what he knows about Whyte, Green and Ashley's early involvement with Rangers through his connections to Green. Now that would be interesting reading.

    That would be the worst possible scenario Frankie, Ally can't get much out the team atm, can you imagine them trying any harder because he's on his way out?
