  1. I would have added, i'm intea yeez, Castlemilk young team ya bass.
  2. This argument was lead by our QC Wolfe, think he is trying to argue business V club, Savo was the business that Green owned, which had the insurance and indemnity, but the club RIFC didn't, I think.
  3. Was he entitled to make that remark? The BTC was or is about whether tax is payable on the loans ETC, not to judge whether Murray could have afforded players without the EBT'. He probably could have any way, but no balance on it just the Lord's thoughts. Why would he make such a comment on that particular aspect of the case, when it's never ever been part of HMRC's case to argue about players bought through the EBT's? One could come to the conclusion that the Lord is biased in some way here.
  4. The RFFF will then come under control of this new group, i think that will make the fund more accountable to the general support.. Without being to critical, something that's been lacking with the fund these last few years.
  5. It's going to happen, the club want's this.
  6. If that is accurate? It would seem we're winning the war, but still involved in a few battles.
  7. Stewart comes across as a calm, measured and wise director. Another good signing by the club.
  8. I think QC Maugham has been overwhelmed by the interest in his blogs about the Rangers EBT, therefore so as not to upset either side of the debate. He has taken the Fifth Amendment on his final analysis and said nothing that would incriminate himself.
  9. Imagine watching two people you despise knocking the fook out of each other in the street, when they both lie bleeding and hurt in the gutter, i'll sneak a wee kick at them both.
  10. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/opinion/sport/rangers-record-fc-ebt-justice-6809526 An accurate and funny retort in the Rebel from a Bear.
  11. I don;t believe it, Rangers supporters still listening to the BBC Bias Radio and Radio Clyde for that matter. I don't listen to their agenda and i'm much healthier for it, Low blood pressure and regular heart beat, apart from my prostate problem of a pish stream that looks like a Spider's thread, i'm in top form.
  12. Football supporters going a bit mental, what do they expect on a Loco-motive.
  13. I don't think that's to hard to work out, all evidence about the EBT'S and side letters where in the hands of HMRC as well as our own QC. Considering the leaks from HMRC at around the time of the FTT, you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes here. Also a lot of that evidence was used in the Lord Nimmo Tribunal, Evidence there went through a lot of low level paper gatherers hands, ample opportunity for leaks too.
  14. Spiers again, what's he lying about now, let me guess us, the tax case, the support? i can't be bothered listening to his fabrications anymore.
  15. It's a shot across their bows, there's a subtle threat in there. They then can't say they weren't warned, come after our titles and there will be war.
  16. If they do come after our titles they better be prepared for one almighty scrap, The Bears are in the mood for a fight, we'll pull the whole fecking structure down around their heads. Armageddon will look look a Disney theme park compared to what's left after this.
  17. A wee bit of artistic license used on Warbs words, going out with his old chairman for drink at the local pub. They might have had a couple of ginger beers each?
  18. I wish they would stop calling these young men as "Starlets" they are potential To-Let's
  19. Ashley is definitely the Elephant in the room here, now i have not much experience with Elephants as there weren't many of them around in the Gallowgate or Easterhouse when i was growing up. But as everyone knows there a three things that are to Kryptonite to Elephants Mice, Peanuts and Bananas. Mice terrify them, Peanuts and Bananas are irresistible to them. Cheap but effective method when dealing with and removing rogue Elephants. in your living room.
  20. It can be a passive barrier, explain why we're doing the protest, then allow anyone who wishes to then go in. to go in.
  21. I'm not up for the game this weekend, so unfortunately I'll miss the boycott protest. I hope the SOS from a human barrier by linking arms, round the entrance to the Megastore, fellow Bears will understand the need not to buy merchandise tomorrow and continuously till Ashley is gone.
  22. Anyone got any idea what it would cost going to appeal at the Supreme Court? i read figures of £250k to £350k, i could afford the first figure but the second would mean me approaching Wonga. However the RFFF could pay it no bother, especially if they open the fund and call for donations again
  23. Looks like we are the recipients of a major judicial stitch-up. We must appeal.
  24. Haha statement/ 55 Shortly to be followed by league title 55. get it round yeez.
