are you sure the world rankings come into play when the euro qualifier draw is made? i was always under the impression your previous qualification record had something to do with it.

i dont think he'll ever get a real run of games down here , especially with players like hemdani and clement in front of him. ironically i think he's a better player than hemdani but obviously hemdani's flexibility makes him more of an asset to the squad itself. If he does go all the best to him - i could say the aberdeen fans will take to him.... but we all know that scum wont.

i noticed that as well with the banner. I presume it was yours, as i didnt even get to see the writing fully - simply because it just wasnt out for long.. Reading some of the stories some people are putting up on FF and here, its getting ridiculous what we've got to put up with from the police, not only INSIDE but around the stadium as well! And it doesnt look like theres a thing we can do about it.

even so - based on form alone i've been much more convinced with mcgregor than i have been with letizi. Mcgregor if anything has more to prove to us - given he's young, says he wants to stay but hasn't ever really been given a chance. I'm realy quite dissapointed with this decision.

Speaking of steven lennon - he's been tearing it up for the scotland u-19s this week, someone i'm really excited about and will be watching closely. Banning tackling would not only reduce injuries but also vastly improve the players movement - so IMO can only be a good thing as movement in midfield/up front is something we could definitely improve on.

i got in for the last 20 or so mins - will put up vids and pics later on! sitting/standing beside the french fans - what an atmosphere! french for the last 20 mins were all standing with cameras filming the scottish fans going wild! After the game we went into their section - swapped scarves / pleasantries etc , was all in all a good day. Now i'm off to get FUCKED! WALT SMITHS BLUE WHITE ARMY!
