That is very much appreciated, I got a notification but had no idea who it was. I'd be grateful for anyone else who can do the same.

Interestingly the share price has been ticking up since the low at the end of January and currently stands at 32p. Given the very low volumes, it wouldn't take much to bump it up quite a bit higher; especially if investors like THE PLAN.

It'll still be £18! -
All "Rangers" games perhaps; this is an SFA game i.e. they are renting the stadium from us; it is not a Rangers game per se, it just happens that we are in it. Had we not won the toss, we might have been in the "away" dressing room.

I've been forced to get up with the times and am now HARRIS PROPERTY aka @AlanHarrisSpain on Twitter! If you have a Twitter Account I would really appreciate if you could "Follow" or at least retweet the message about VILLA FOR SALE 35 minutes from Alicante airport to help me get it out there and get the business off the ground. Many thanks for any help anyone can give me with this project.

There is no point in turning a positive statement into a negative one by attacking or challenging the Board in that way. Sounds perilously close to a threat to me.

It's an interesting concept a kind of HNW version of RFFF (not that I don't think some HNW fans contributed to that) but on a different level. A RANGERS BANK almost. Who would be the Chair and who would be the CEO? Actually this is very interesting, would Rangers fans in general deposit their money in a Rangers Bank if it paid little or no interest and its sole or main purpose was to lend money to Rangers FC at equally low interest and what about security for any such loan? It wouldn't get a banking licence on that basis and it would be an imprudent policy but nonethless it might be worth exploring. Our own bank and stuff the others? It's a lot better idea IMHO opinion than putting your ST money in a trust and hoping to get security over Ibrox and Murray Park, which isn't going to happen. Food for thought there, Zappa.

I agree and wasn't trying to tell you how to suck eggs. But but by stating the obvious the point I was trying to make is banks do indeed like lending money but they also like to get it back so they can lend it to the next person or company. That main stream banks (apparently) don't want to lend to us does indeed tell its own story; though that has to be tempered by the industry that we are in and its history of loss making enterprises.

The rate of interest charged is determined by a number of factors not least the risk; but two of the most important are the quality of the security and the loan to value of the security.

Thanks, took that from #134 -
9% is very high for a secured loan (but again it has to be stressed that fan or not you are lending to a company that has just come out of liquidation); but 30% was just usuary. It is a secured loan.

Isn't it the CEO's job to implement the Board's strategy and the Chair or President's job to be the public face of the Board?
-
Banking is essentially a very simple business: you borrow money from folks like you and me and folks that have more money than you and me on low rates of interest and you lend it out to other folks at higher rates of interest. If your expenses are less than the difference in the rates (the margin) you make money, if not you go bust. However, the big problem is the folks that don't or can't pay the loan interest, just ask Sir (sorry not Sir) Fred Goodwin & Co about sub prime mortgages. Banks are not in the business of repossessing property and selling it on at a loss; it destroys their balance sheets. So the critical assessment is the ability to repay; enough said?

His PLAN is going to have to be GOOD, VERY GOOD or he's toast I'd say.

Whatever colour he is he isn't signed up. And for the avoidance of doubt the The First Annual Gersnet Dinner (The Bears Picnic) is an equal opportunities dinner and FoCUS have been advised. -
The major banks just don't want to know about football clubs right now, especially Scottish ones; and in all honesty what's easier - to lend to a company that just came out of liquidation and blew £20M or whatever; or not lend to a company that just came out of liquidation and blew £20M or whatever. If in any doubt just ask Aleksandr Orlov.

Do they use the NHS? And to all the Hutton doubters and I know you are legion: Kyle Hutton meanwhile will come back into his manager’s plans for the trip to Gayfield on Saturday. Following a long spell out through injury the 23-year-old made a substitute appearance against Dunfermline on March 15 before starting the Scottish Cup quarter final replay against Albion Rovers at New Douglas Park. Kyle was not included in the 18-man squad at Brechin and McCoist explained his decision to leave him out. He said: “We just decided to give him a complete rest at the weekend because he came in and did well against Albion Rovers. “We’re delighted for Kyle and he’ll come back into our thoughts for Arbroath at the weekend.
