  1. Probably a breach of the Offensive Behaviour Act
  2. Looks like a Mort Kunzler to me, Charltonman!
  3. Quite so, anything above 10% is a WIN for Ticketus.
  4. So it's Singapore Rangers or Chicago Rangers?
  5. I should know tomorrow or Wednesday if John Bennett is still involved.
  6. Looked much better when he went into midfield, on the left even, as he played many times in 2008.
  7. Strictly speaking that's not correct, of course. He used the the promise or expectation of fans' future season ticket money to pay of LBG; he bought the Club or even more correctly the majority share holding in it, for £1 Cash. Nonetheless the point is well made; but as Zappa says highly unlikley he'll deliver because if he does he looses control of the situation.
  8. Looks like a straight red to me and NOT for preventing a goalscoring opportunity.
  9. Credit to McCall for admitting it was a pen but he was also right that their CB was blatantly pushed at the winning goal.
  10. And yet you can't appeal against a yellow card, one reason why you can get six before you are suspended. But in the same way that Mr Lunny can rule a "dive" or at least have it investigated, surely he must be able to do the opposite?
  11. I doubt the spyware will remove as it doesn't stop it being downloaded! Searchqu is browser hijacker that soon will make you regret for letting it inside your computer. You can get it by one of the simplest ways – together with freeware or shareware applications. It is designed to start doing what it wants immediately after successful installation, so if you have Searchqu on your computer, you should have noticed its toolbar installed without any yours permission. In addition, user is surprised by the new search engine which is called Web Search and homepage searchqu.com which is set instead of usual homepage. According to some of its victims, Searchqu may also initiate continuous redirections to the same searchqu.com. If you have been suffering from redirections, read this guide: How to fix Google Redirect Virus (browser hijacker) problem. Follow instuctions here to remove http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-searchqu
  12. I got searchqu when I streamed a match from an unknown site, as others have said it will download automatically unless you are very careful to avoid pre-ticked boxes. Follow advice to remove.
  13. Were we represented at this meeting by BD or anyone else and if so do we know the identity of the person or persons who is/are alleged to be the cause of the comment “Ultimately, some of the group’s own conduct at the meeting was unacceptable. It was a major disappointment to the chief executive that a cordial meeting descended into the type of questioning and language more suited to internet forums. “Stewart reiterated that he was not prepared to endure comments that implied bias from the SFA and its staff." If not are there clues in some of the words used? OR do we know the identity of the person who is referred to in the allegation that “The final straw was an embarrassing outburst from one member of the group that served only to undermine their credibility.” Also do we know exactly what was said to prompt these comments.
  14. Yes and he was or is Durrant's agent as well and also has links to Martin Bain.
  15. The money we owe for tickets sold on behalf of another Club are not running costs of Rangers FC.
  16. I agree that it is poor judgement on the part of the RFFF. I know Andrew McCormack reasonably well but I wonder if his close links to certain parties at Ibrox are not clouding his judgement just a little bit. What I meant however, was that if the RFFF pay Dunfermline it leaves the Administrators in a position to use the Dunfermline ticket money for other purposes and that is wrong in my view.
  17. Much as I dislike what Dundee Utd did last year (and I was there and refused to pay again to see the same match), paying Dunfermline and not paying Dundee Utd is indeed petty in my opinion. If it is legitimate for the fan's money to be used in this way and I would argue that it is not; then all Scottish Clubs should be treated in the same way. One reason why I do not think it is a legitimate use of the money is that many of the fans who paid for Dunfermline tickets will, in effect be paying twice now for the same match; and that can't be right. However, the main point in my view is that the money received by Rangers for the sale of Dunfermline tickets should have been ring fenced and be available to pay that debt. It is of course not a running cost of the Club, which are wages, administration, stadium upkeep etc. If the Rangers administrators use that money for other purposes, and they are now in a position to do that, they are no better in my view than CW who used PAYE, NIC and VAT to finance other running costs of the Club. It is one thing using your ordinary income i.e. ticket sales for whatever purpose you want; it is quite another when you have used other people's money e.g. away ticket sales or tax for your own ends.
  18. That's exactly the point of the new law; all these things are now considered differently where they are in connection with a regulated football match.
  19. Yes if a reasonable person finds it offensive and it is likely to lead to public disorder.
  20. Looks like former Government, Minister Brian Wilson, to me. So he's probably saying "It wasn't like this when I was in the Scottish Office bhoys".
  21. Well done Zappa!
  22. On 15 September 2010 Šebo joined Slovan Bratislava. The striker become free agent from the French club of Valenciennes and signed a deal until June 2012 with the Slovak side. From the 10th round onwards he scored 22 league goals and, subsequently, became the top scorer of the league once again, beating the nearest opponent by 4 goals, while playing only in approximately 22 competitive matches, leaving former employers mystified. (Wikipedia) Quite incredible, can't be on big wages in Bratislava; could we sign him for next season?
  23. Copland Front Display Sorry not same size as the professional ones, just taken with my old Motorola Razor!
  24. Have to continue to disagree on this one, Craig, Bocanegra's reaction says it all to me, clear penalty and if it had happened at the other end and not given we would be calling the ref for everything.
