  1. OK that's a fair point of view, not one I agree with but then I'm well known as a persistent bastard! But if they are at best ordinary creditors, surely that renders their participation in the BK deal a great deal less valuable and wouldn't that mean that the administrators would be a lot less likely to accept their offer?
  2. You are some man at digging out this kind of information, are you a private detective
  3. I find this revelation the most worrying I am not a lawyer but given the judgement, if I was D&P I would be telling Ticketus at best (a) join the queue, OR at worst (b) "It is clear from the judgement that, as administrators, we have the statutory right and powers to have the company (the Club) refuse to honour the arrangements with you and that is our decision, since this would be in the best interests of creditors generally" as per their statement.
  4. It's good that various groups can work together but with respect BD that doesn't answer the questions. I know who represents the Assembly, the RST, the Association, RFFF etc. I don't know who is on RFWG or how they got there.
  5. I'm confused; the article is dated 22 March 2012 but is headed Published: 09 Mar 2012 and appears to be well out of date.
  6. Who are the members of the Rangers Fans Working Group and were they elected or appointed and if so by whom? Please note this is not a criticism as it appears you are doing a lot of good work; just a question as there seem to be so many groups at the moment. The SPL will never charge a club with a breach of their offensive behaviour rules so long as the absolute defence of "reasonably practicable" remains in place.
  7. He's an absolute destroyer in MF couldn't understand why they moved him to CB on Sunday even if Rogne was injured.
  8. "Robust views and opinions were shared", I'll bet they were :box:
  9. If the BK's cannot even raise £5M for working capital from their so called 10 millionaires, then they have no credibility at all in my eyes.
  10. I have had some dealings with the Civil Servant who has to respond to the letters addressed to Mr Salmond about Rangers and the mind boggles as to how he will reply to this nonsense.
  11. Started having major problems over the weekend and unable to get on at all all this evening till now.
  12. They wouldn't cease to be a creditor if they only recovered SOME of their money. Also the BK's bid is predicated on a CVA, not us ceasing to exist, surely? Maybe I'm missing something this time but I just don't get how they would cease to be a creditor if the BK's bid is successful.
  13. That is very much appreciated Ergatrude. As I said, I did realise that not everyone would appreciate or understand what I did and why I did it but your comments make suffering some of the negative comments worthwhile. I would just like to add that I have no idea how much Mr Bennett is worth, it wouldn't suprise me in the least if he was a millionaire, in fact I'd be surprised if he wasn't after 25 years as a fund manager! The main point as you suggest is the premature announcement of his membership when all he had done, in his own words was "express an interest".
  14. I know for a fact that Celtic FC are embarrassed by some of his comments but don't seem minded to do anything about it.
  15. I understand your point of view. The reason I say we should know: •How much each party or consortium is going to invest. •The terms of that investment and in particular whether or not the individuals want to be a Director of the Club is because if it's an individual you will pretty much know the amount in terms of the purchase price of the shares, paying off Wavetower aka Rangers Group, Ticketus etc etc but if it's a consortium then I would want to know how much each member is really contributing or are they just a figurehead or make weight etc. JMHO.
  16. It WAS a penalty but the Celtic fans I know are saying that they shouldn't have needed a penalty in the last minute of time added on. Agreed; total lack of class by Lennon and not of the first time. "Kilmarnock can count themselves pretty fortunate that they've won the game. And maybe that's down to a lot of luck on their part and poor finishing from us. " Kilmarnock played well and took their chance when it came. In addititon they had an outstanding goalkeeper. They won the Cup, good luck to them.
  17. Yes, I understand that Forlan but how do they cease to be creditors at all, as PM stated?
  18. As to the foreign bids; I can't say but am awaiting info from New York on the Chicago Rangers and will post here asap.
  19. I think that's because his bid seems to be so reliant on Ticketus. BTW when I mentioned to JB that the BK's bid was not favoured by fans because of the involvement with Ticketus, despite their alignment with fans' groups, he seemed quite taken aback. The impression I got was that he thought that by aligning with fans' groups, the Bk's would be the fans' choice.
  20. We don't need to know every detail of their lives. But I think we are entitled to know: How much each party or consortium is going to invest. The terms of that investment and in particular whether or not the individuals want to be a Director of the Club Their CV or at least their qualifications and experience. Whether they intend to be an active or passive investor.
