TBH Ive always found Provan is more balanced minded than a lot of others, he always tends to be fair and read a game how he see's it. But disagree with him here, we shouldnt be fast tracked nowhere to save the SPL. We'll come back through the leagues like we've chosen. There is light at the end of our tunnel, in fact we are probably back in open space and issue by issue the SFA and SPL are looking more stupid by the day. Without an apology, the transfer embargo being dropped, Euro ban dropped and money owned to 'old club' not paid then I fail to see how we'd even entertain the idea of entertaining the SPL. And even then league recontruction to suit all 42 clubs and fans would have to be on the table first with Rangers being invited to discuss.

Nothing wrong with writing a book at all. If its done in his own time then he is correct in keeping the profits, the book is his FFS. If he sells his own car should the club get profits from that also? Cant expect the man to walk away with the same amount he put in. He is a businessman, he has done wonders for the club and is entitled to make profits from whatever angle. Nobody is forced to buy it. Plus why not do it now rather than wait maybe 2 or 5 years time, because he isnt exactly a spring chicken. Everything in his mind about the SFA and SPL is still fresh. And why not release it early to let Regan and Doncaster panic, they may leave in the next year or so and head back down south with a nice pay out, so if the book comes out and shows them up to what they are then Im all for it. Id gladly pay for a book which has everything about the last 12 months! Id buy a ticket if he was going on stage to read it out!

I agreed with what Benitez said also. The Chelsea fans should put more effort into getting behind the team rather than making banners. Race for Champions league spots will be interesting. If Arsenal lose at Spurs today then Spurs and Chelsea will probably get them.

Now we have been cleared of this it seems administration should never have happened in the first place. Which poses the question why we still have a transfer embargo? I said the same that he deserved the chance but at the same time improvement was a must. And I dont think anyone can deny there has been no improvement. And that opens a new can of worms straight away and again brings the social devide into play due to having 2 national anthems. If GSTQ is blast out from the Rangers end it gets booed (ironically by other British people) yet Flower of Scotland would get booed when sang from others fans. I have no problem with the anthem before a cup final or the like but there is no doubt fans from both ends sing either anthem just to wind up opposition. My view is both GSTQ and FoS are both dour and boring and probably the worst national anthems out there. Always though Scotland the brave was better for Scotland and maybe RB or Land of hope and glory for UK. PS - It must be good being French with a bouncy anthem like theirs.
