While I understand your sentiments, so far, there is no need to do anything. We are no newco just yet and even if one is founded, there are no rules in place to punish the club. Whether there will be remains to be seen. I do assume that many chairmen of the SPL are casting concerned looks of what transpires in Glasgow. The Scum has brought this to boiling point over these last few years and the kettle may well turn over. They are apparently utterly oblivious to the carnage they cause/-d and beyond any sort of understanding that it is ultimately them who caused this current state of affairs within Scottish football. (Not our financial troubles, of course.)

It simply beggars belief and ever since 2008 I solely have utter contempt for this lot ... (not least for creating this hostile environment after years of "ceasefire")

As has been said, his wife and her family are diehard Bluenoses and if I remember it correctly, because of that he got engaged with us. You can always ease your distrust by digging info on him up yourself. As opposed to Whyte, there's plenty out there.

Coming to think of it, if we are not accepted back or do not accept a re-entry packed with conditions, the Pars may actually stay in the SPL ...
