it's all about opinions and that is mine, he's only 24 and I think he will get better. He's not my favourite player but I can't knock him apart from his work ethic sometimes. I do think he is worth more given the market and some other prices that have been paid such as Armstrong for £7M. But as you say you are only worth what someone is willing to pay and what the club accepts. We've made a good profit but can we replace his goals and assists of last season, as if he was given a run in the team in his correct position I am sure he would get a good amount again this season. I stand by what I said and I think whoever signs him for that amount is getting a bargain.

I think Windass is better leaving, 18 goals and 11 assists is not good enough for some, Wigan have got a bargain ? Good luck to him if he leaves.

I'd be happy enough with Lafferty as another option up front, obviously a Rangers fan, runs himself into the ground for the team, decent at set pieces, good record against them last season, still only 30, a yes from me :)

In my opinion we've signed a very good player if he can reach anywhere near the level he has shown for Liverpool in the past, and that level is above what we have now. What he's done off the field is in the past for me, I don't condone what he's done but everyone makes mistakes. I'm sure he's had it all before but he will be a major target for opposition fans and the press up here! Lets hope our manager can get the best out of him again.

I can't see us having anything like this but I would love it myself, we are a massive British club and I can't see what the problem is among some of our fans unless they don't like our history! You don't have to be religious to like being British. I would also be a big fan of the orange strips as well, just because it might stir things up with other clubs/fans should have nothing to do with it. Just being a Rangers fan and our club being back in the top league you can see the hatred from virtually every club. We should be able to do what we want without caring about other clubs and I do think we would make a small fortune in the process. If you didn't like them you don't have to buy them.

I don't usually post with rumours from a friend of a friend but I will this time as it's only a rumour My mate was talking to James Mortimer's (who used to own Hamilton Palace and Victoria's nightclub) son, who is seemingly good friends with Douglas Park and he said a deal for a new manager was done a few weeks ago but couldn't say who it is, but did say it's not Murty! It makes sense that we have someone in place like you say Frankie and why we are trying to sign players now.
