  1. Tonight only showed why we need a striker capable of getting 25 league goals per season. We must have created 4 or 5 clear cut chances in the first half but went in only 1-0 up. It would have been a travesty had we not won but we really must score goals.
  2. With all due respect I don't think we're as bad as you seem to suggest. I think the current board have steadied the ship & generally got supporters buying into what they're trying to do. However I think they've left themselves wide open to criticism following Warburton's departure. It is clear they knew he was going one way or another but had absolutely no contingency plan in place for when he went. We are, in effect, back in the Kenny MacDowall scenario from a couple of years ago where we have someone in charge of the first team who shouldn't be there & probably doesn't want to be there. And that is beginning to show with the team performances & results. And this at a time when we are seeking to qualify to return to playing in Europe after a six year absence which seems like a eternity. I genuinely look forward to seeing Rangers play a European tie again at Ibrox as I think it will be a very significant moment for all of us on our way back
  3. Come on, he was a good SPL CB. No more than that. We need to be more ambitious than McGregor if we want to be challenging the yahoos
  4. Other than Toral & Hyndman whom we got last month we hadn't had any loan signings this season. And had Barton not left & Rossiter been fit I don't think we'd have needed them.
  5. But we won't reach that 'much better/higher level' until someone gets appointed to replace Murty who is hopeless
  6. I'm not sure loan players were the biggest issue with Warburton. He under-estimated Scottish football's top division. Bringing in players from the EFL league1 & league2 & expecting them to stroll it was never going to happen
  7. That would show a total lack of ambition, even short term
  8. I think you'll find a board of directors are responsible for everything in a company one way or another. The Rangers board have made a monumental error by letting the manager & his assistants leave without having any idea how to replace them
  9. The board have a responsibility in that they allowed him to make those 11 signings last summer. None of those signings started tonight. Tells you all you need to know
  10. We need 5 in MF. MW got that bit correct
  11. If Dodoo had been given the same game time as Kenny Miller this season I bet he'd have scored a lot more than 6 league goals. No I won't be going if Miller's playing on Wednesday. In fact I won't be back til he's dropped and preferably left Rangers
  12. Because the board knew MW & co we're going but didn't have a plan in place to replace them.
  13. AFAIK McLeish got offered the job on an interim basis til the end of the season but turned it down as he wanted it longer term. rbr would need confirm
  14. He's useless & clueless. He can't do the job. He needs replaced within the next 48 hours
  15. LOL we were at least second under MW. We'll be lucky to be top six under Murty He's useless & clueless Did you see his substitutions tonight ? Holt for Halliday.... Totally pointless at about 70mins. Like for like. And Garner with 90secs left. Totally embarrassing Get this guy out the Rangers dug out. And preferably out of Rangers altogether
  16. How do you know when he doesn't get a chance. If Kenny Miller starts on Wednesday I'm going straight home
  17. He is our biggest problem at the moment. He is interim Rangers manager and is absolutely useless
  18. The money we spent has mostly been wasted. MW was supposedly a manager who'd build us a young team with resale value but alarm bells should have started ringing when all those 30 something players started coming in last summer.
  19. Stability ? They need leadership. They're not getting it from the manager. And on the park Wallace is no leader. He wears the captain's armband only. Hill is the only leader we've got & he's 38.
  20. My only gripe with this board is that they knew Warburton was going and had no plan whatsoever to replace him. Murty should be nowhere near the Rangers dug out. He's a youth coach who's a million miles out his depth
  21. I suppose the D of F will do that. No idea when.
  22. Kenny Miller? LOL are you havin' a laugh ? He was absolute garbage again tonight yet still gets a game every week. Just 6 league goals this season and still gets picked every week. Why does he get a game every week ? Because we have a numpty in the dug out who should be nowhere near the Rangers job. I genuinely believe he doesn't want Rangers to win given his background
  23. Dodo must be sitting on the bench wondering what he has to do to get a game. We've been struggling to score goals all season(Miller is top scorer with 6 league goals) yet he still gets overlooked. Both Miller and Waghorn constantly lose possession under no pressure. It is totally frustrating to watch
