  1. So you really just want to replace the incumbent board with another board of your choice. But shareholders remain same? Would that be the likes of Paul Murray & Malcolm Murray ? Dave King? Isnt that what the likes of the SoS & UoF have wanted all along? What makes you think they'd do a better job? Malcolm Murray for example was chairman when we were blowing millions in SFL3.
  2. and how do you propose to bring about 'a quick end to their reign' as you say? another administration would be catastrophic IMO. And who would your new owners be ?
  3. if they're unsuitable(and I'm not saying they're not) then get shot off them. How to do that without destroying the clubfor many years to come is the key question.
  4. he would not need to spend anywhere near £30m to get control of Rangers
  5. As the Board have a legal obligation to maintain the business as a viable concern they may have no alternative. I genuinely hope we do not see that day
  6. At the end of the administration there was only one viable bid on the table. Why didnt McColl Co bid earlier?
  7. If the potential investor who 'has declared the willigness to invest £30m' would acquire some sort of shareholding then we might have more grounds for optimism.
  8. Because he & the board are afraid to sack McCoist
  9. He'd by the biggest single shareholder by far. The board would be incredibly stupid to ignore him were that the case.
  10. Makes you wonder why DK didn't want to underwrite the shares offer. He'd likely have been in a pretty strong position if he had for a couple of million quid(assuming he already has some sort of shareholding)
  11. Short in MF with that line up IMO
  12. Granted Wallace is on a rather excessive contract for where we are(£315k p.a plus bonus) but other board members aren't. My bigger concern is how they intend to take Rangers back to the top of Scottish football and back into Europe.
  13. That doesn't add up to 51 percent does it?
  14. The problem is where to get additional streams of income from. Capital is urgently required.
  15. Rules are rules. Just ask Legia Warsaw
  16. Who or what is this 'blocking stake of 51 percent in place' ?
  17. Then supporters should not complain then when that product is no longer available to them. Do you want that?
  18. Makes you wonder doesn't it? I've always wondered about DK's true wealth. Nowhere near as much as some make out IMO. Love to be proved wrong though
  19. How many seasons in a row that Celt@c have now been fined by UEFA? Must be a record
  20. How's he being blocked? How would he go about investing this mythical £50m ? Write a cheque or something? All he has to do is acquire some sort of shareholding which, if he is as wealthy as you make out, shouldn't be a problem
  21. Rules are rules. No extensions should be permitted.Clubs have had the whole month of January to make their signings but if they choose to leave it to the very last moment and it doesn't get done in time then rough luck.
  22. I think Wallace would accept £50m in a minute providing, of course, DK has genuinely got that kind of money available.I have my doubts
  23. Providing, of course, people were willing to sell him the shares. He's left it far too late in the day IMO
