And where's the money coming from for any of these reconstructions? have they spoken to SKY who are the largest financial contributor to the Scottish football? have they spoken to any would-be sponsor who'll replace the Clydesdale bank ?

We're not a new club. It's simply the company running the club which is different. CG's consortium transfrerred the assets of the oldco i.e. club, Ibrox Park, Murray Park & players over to the newco. The oldco is simply an empty corporate shell which had £5.5m put in its account after the transferring of these assets took place. The SFA, UEFA, ECA, etc all recognise us as same club We kept our history just as Leeds Utd, Middlesborough, Fiorentina, Napoli etc all did. Only wee twisted bigots like Walker refuse to accept this and we know why. It's their upbringing

I just want to move on from here & get answers to the real issues myself & fellow Rangers supporters want;- i) how did Whyte manage to buy Rangers and was SDM blackmailed into doing so ? if so by whom ? was it the two bhoys at LBG at the time? ii) at what point did Regan's SFA know Whyte wasn't paying N.I./PAYE ? is it true they knew around Sept/Oct 2011 nearly 6months before administration ? if so why did they take no action ?

And the SFA knew Whyte wasn't paying tax and did nothing about that? not much point in having a governing body if it does nothing in such a serious situation. Or did Liewell tell his SFA chum Regan to let Whyte continue not paying tax for as long as possible to let the situation get as bad as possible i.e. inevitable administration? Traynor must at some point and tell us what really did happen here ? if the SFA did know about this & did nothing we must involve UEFA if possible to clear out this rotten, corrupt organisation and hand out life bans like Whyte got

Bad news. We're short in MF. I said when transfer window shut last august we were short in MF & CB

4pm 20/11/12 triumphant tuesday.. We win the FTTT. That only left Whyte's non-payment of N.I & PAYE as the only outstanding big monies owed by oldco (CG paid all football debts). That brings me to one of the two questions we badly need answered:- Is it the case that the SFA knew Whyte wasn't paying N.I./PAYE around Sept/Oct 2011 and took no action (as JT may prove to be the case at some point in near future) isn't what happened thereafter a result of their negligence and hence their responsibility ? They then did nothing til Whyte took us into administration on 14th Feb 2012 when he got his lifeban from Scottish football & fined £250k & Rangers got fined £160k. For what reason is this embargo still in place if it is the fault of the SFA ? (the other question is, of course, how Whyte bought Rangers but that's for another day and LBG and their two bhoys in charge at the time)

greater TV and sponsorship revenue ? they haven't got any yet. And they might not get any if we're excluded from the top division next season.

Will TV companies such as SKY want to put their money into this set up ? not sure they will. Could be back to the drawing board methinks. They're only interested in 4 OF games per season

can't help thinking the SFA have back-heeled this i.e. don't want responsibility for taking the decision whether we're due compensation for the deserters or not. Maybe we'll need to go to an employment tribunal of some sort

So what happens now ? will we get compensation for these deserters or not? why then was there a hearing earlier this month with the SFA regarding these deserters ? why did the SFA wait until now to say this ? why did they let the hearing take place? are the SFA at it again ?

surely even a dimwit like Thomson realises our current predicament was caused because we were unsellable due to a HMRC tax demand (which eventually turned out to be fictitious) but were taken over by a conman who never had the funds to run the club leading him to withhold PAYE/N.I. which caused administration and will also cause eventual liquidation of the oldco. He'd be better investigating how it was this conman managed to buy Rangers (maybe investigate LBG?) and who it was who instigated this HMRC taxcase ( a certain politician now in the Lords maybe?) wasting millions of pounds of taxpayers money in the process.

when are we going to give the BBC an indefinite ban from Ibrox ? only then will their bosses down south start to realise that they're biased, biggoted & corupt and hopefully take some action.

I'm sure rule D1.13 has been updated (presumably by fat mackenzie) to what's shown here since the EBT's ceased. Hope our legal team realise this and the fact that the FTTT ruling was that they weren't contracts otherwise they'd have been liable to taxation.

what they haven't said is they've not discussed with SKY yet & haven't got a replacement sponsor for the CB

and these rules say we must accept this SKY deal.? sky are perfectly entitled to show other teams games. why wouldn't they do that? It wouldn't make good business sense to televise Rangers games when they weren't wanted. I'm sure CG will have stressed this to them in talks he had with them.
