The new Chelsea manager hasn’t even given Mason Mount a chance to prove himself. Maybe it’s Chelsea moving out whoever they can so as they can bring in much needed CB’s and a GK too.

He won’t be going anywhere anytime soon if he’s on £30k per week at Rangers -
In case we’re involved in a penalty shootout

Michael is a useful idiot to whoever requires his services. Perhaps the SFA have now looked at the SPFL/SPL’s track record & handed the gun to Rangers.

Mutton should always be referred to as the failed Lincoln City Manager

Not sure the players the Saudis are currently taking are in their prime. And I’m not sure the Saudi league is a threat to the EPL. (not yet anyway)
-
Have the SFA handed Rangers the opportunity to finish off the SPFL ? 😋 I wouldn’t think the SPFL would be able to survive the financial fallout of losing the court case & paying off Doncaster ( & MacLennan too hopefully)

PIF(Saudi Arabia) are investors in Clearlake. That why they’re buying up some of those players Chelsea need to get rid off to avoid FFP rules?

Sad news. Second Scotland manager to have taken Scotland to both the EC and WC. And Craig Brown was a Rangers man 🤠
-
Wonder how long it will be before people realise Man city & Newcastle are state-owned clubs? Chelsea too maybe And what action will be taken?

Rangers prosecution: Frank Mulholland Was Celtic Shareholder
RANGERRAB replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
In a banana republic Mulholland would be in jail by now but in SNP-run Scotland we’re not as good as that -
ST’s sold out again A good sign or do we need a bigger stadium ?

I agree but surely the T&C’s of his return should have been watertight when we originally took him on loan? Another failing by our former DoF ? -
Rarely works out second time around for a manager when he returns to a club(Walter Smith being a notable exception) Interesting his assistant Chris Davies won’t be joining Brenda this time. Wonder if that’ll affect things this time around? He’s keeping the back room staff including Kennedy and Strachan who bombed spectacularly when put in charge after Lennon left. Surely he knows he won’t get an easy time of it this time around. No Warburton, Pedro or Murty. I always thought he never fancied it when Gerrard became Rangers manager. Looked for an easy exit and took it. Now Gerrard’s no2 is now running Rangers he may wish he’d bided his time until something came up in England but his stock has surely fallen after Leicester’s relegation. Can’t see him doing an Eddie Howe

Maybe SerieA not as good as it was has a lot to do with it -

When LF signed a contract extension at Aberdeen it virtually ruled out any move to Rangers. Aberdeen could then sell him to whoever they wanted & at whatever price -
Club Statement: Scottish Lowland Football League
RANGERRAB replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
All top clubs in Scotland are struggling to produce enough quality young players for their first team squads. Most now recruit journeymen from outside Scotland from lower leagues in other countries instead of developing their own players I have to say I was never convinced about the lowland league as I didn’t think the teams in it were of a particularly high standard. Perhaps the answer is to go to a u23 league for the SPFL premiership clubs with allowances for a quota of overage players in each game. -

Hope you’re right 🤓 I still think we should be signing players in their early 20s rather than ones looking to get their career back on track -

This Lammers signing looks too big a gamble for me. His recent stats aren’t good -

Just a lack of goals over past 2 or 3 seasons worries me. Can only presume we’re after another striker to play thro the middle & Lammers plays in a wide or deeper role -
The Glazers have vastly over valued Man Utd. No one is willing to pay their asking price of £6bn, not even a sheikh
