It's been very effectively covered up in the UK-Scotland for decades and currently implicates us far more than them, still with no highlighting of the crime-to-benefit-the-club that they knew and did not go to the police.

'MARCELLO MEGA' again - "SECOND" in caps. A page to make it look like Rangers are at the centre of the whole abuse scandal in football. Plus, this out and out lie: "the most serious accusations so far of abuse in Scottish football against a suspect still alive" You'd almost suspect that an agenda against Ragers was again behind Mega's article and not concern for any victim or justice.

Ibrox Faces Rates Rise - Guess Who Gets a Discount?

Oh, I am not so sure about that............ -

I think the real problem is that none of the figures you are debating are going to get us where we need to be in any case. We need to add a "0" to the number left to be spent to catch up with our rivals - and even then what would be left for players after other necessary outlay would have to be spent wisely. Our club has been robbed of well over 100 million in the last 5 years. Meanwhile our rivals have been boosted by Champs League money even in seasons when they lost on the field in the qualifiers. As is their way in Scotland, they then "won" money and progress off the field instead. They also get players sold for vast profit on the back of one good showing in otherwise humiliating CL group stages. Dembele will go for a fortune in the summer. Also, meanwhile, transfer fees and wages have sky rocketed.

One piece of control from a gorgeous Hill pass was sublime.

BBC were miffed: "Rangers 2-1 Morton Posted at 90+3 mins Luke Donnelly hang your head in shame! Rangers get in an almighty mess at the back with a mix up between Lee Hodson and keeper Wes Foderingham gifting the ball to Ross Forbes, who lays it off to Donnelly at the edge of the box. With Foderingham posted missing, there's a couple of defenders guarding the goal but the Morton substitute can only lift a shot over the crossbar. Criminal..."

I suspect he's a stick on.

No Boabie, I certainly do not. he didn't do well with the one he's got. I'm not quite sure why they keep getting praised for 3 draws.

Mark Warburton in £1million compensation battle with Rangers
SteveC replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
They aren't on probation with anyone in charge today, though. And I've heard this claimed before only for us to not turn up at all. I hope you are correct, of course. -
Mark Warburton in £1million compensation battle with Rangers

Yes, if true "SunSport has been told " leaves that open to considerable doubt. On the other hand, if someone you've been working closely with suddenly leaves with no time to say goodbye then it'd be natural to get in touch. -
You just keep telling yourselves that, Ian

I can't recall it to be honest but that doesn't mean that I didn't read it and not pay proper attention/give it full credence. Our lives online (and offline come to that) is increasingly a matter of reading "fake news" and "alternate facts" (as in not facts at all), it has become very difficult to notice salient facts that are real, I'm afraid, no matter who posts them. Anyway, your gripe is justified and I can imagine the frustration.

Who did, however, bequeath him Suarez. It is true also that Rogers is treated as a bit of a joke down here - the Guardian podcast for example - but that's a lot to do with his personality and interview comments and I'm afraid we have to accept that he's from a higher bracket than we are likely to be fishing in. I agree with gunslinger that I'd take him in a heartbeat but I'd do that knowing he isn't half as good as he (BR) thinks he is. Then again a quarter of as good as he thinks he is would probably put him in the very top bracket.............

Yes, it is exhausting and debilitating. It's become a painful chore rather than a pleasure. There was a sudden ray of light August 15-January 16, then the glory of knocking the timz out the cup but other than that it has been a painful 5+ years. We are surrounded by haters, hamstrung by crooks past and present, we are unprotected even from players being assaulted on the pitch in front of cameras. You have to watch what you sing at games, you can't drink at games, smiling is probably forbidden too but we don't have to worry about that much. "Ah'm fair scunnered."

It is indeed, to which we can add "fake news" and "alternative facts". Dear old Ibrox seems to be one of the world's hotspots for these regrettable trends.
