  1. Premiership rumours Christian Benteke to Liverpool Eduardo Vargas to Arsenal Kevin De Bruyne to Man City
  2. He attracts the obsessives from both the green half and the blue half. He manages to have both of them frothing at the mouth on a regular basis.
  3. They're using Charlie boy's old troubleshooter and chief biographer.
  4. Are you then saying that Park, Letham and Taylor were wrong in their initial assessment? Not many agreed with the Ashley loan being preferred to theirs at the time. Not many agree now.
  5. Here have another one! "Is that you done already?"
  6. That Burnley goalkeeper holds the club record for appearances, or at least he did. His Christian name was Jerry.
  7. Even Livingston managed to bag a top class outfit.
  8. I didn't mention the share issue. Is that the only way to provide funds? As you have introduced the lack of a market, that brings up another of King's claims which didn't pass muster once the deed was done. You must have me mixed up with somebody else with your "Just because you don't like that 50 million quid hasn't been invested yet...." Out of interest, and I have posed this question on here a few times without reply, how much will this share issue pull in, not counting what has already been spent?
  9. The Three Bears disagree with you, or at least they said they did.
  10. I'm not asking for £50m to be spent in one season and I would be horrified if if took £50m to get back to where we were. Money should be spent on improving the whole structure of the club to ensure that we don't end up back where we were! The season ticket sales are irrelevant as King said that he is underwriting the £13m. The retail deal is of course curtailing revenue and there are no signs that anything is being done to improve things. Why has the deal proposed by the Three Bears been taken off the table when it could be used to repay the £5m and claw back at least some of that shortfall? Why has the outrageous 7 year rolling contract not had the timer started on it?
  11. You could also replace it with 'predictable offline bullshit' as I said the same in 'real life' to a mate of mine.
  12. Some great points, Frankie. Well said. They should be taking you on to give them real insight about what needs to be done rather than returning favours.
  13. Personally, I'm not at all bothered about what label I'm given, nor whether big stars are signing, indeed the way Warburton seems to be going about his business is most refreshing - just the way things should have been handled in division three. What really grates are the '£50m to challenge Celtic' soundbites that were made by King pre-election and so far all that has been seen are a couple of secured loans. They would get my full backing if they would just tell the fucking truth!
  14. I refuse to be lectured to by someone who doesn't even go to games but would rather watch on illegal internet streaming sites but I will indulge you this once. I will return once I see real change happening. All 'investment' so far has been just that - done in a way so as to secure at least some sort of return. The loans are secured against shares, how many shares, nobody knows. McCall was a lazy appointment and ended in predictable failure. The FAPP tests are irrelevant. They wanted a smaller squad and the cull was nowhere near severe enough. The acquisition of Warburton is the biggest positive for the board. Whether he will be expected to perform miracles with loans and bargain signings ala PLG, only time will tell. There have been two signings so far, with neither of them that interesting. They were engaged with certain fan groups all the way through. The appointments of Chris Graham and James Blair were not a coincidence, although at least the latter got there on merit.
  15. Agent denies that Dzeko is off to Roma.
  16. They are all media trained and know how to choose their words wisely, although that's not to say that they are not being truthful. The only public criticism you will ever hear are from those who are looking to get a move away.
  17. You may call it an excuse, others may call it a reason. The organised boycott was instigated by King. It really is up to him to show that the time is right for folk to return. The message being put out now appears to be nothing more than to return to the days of blind faith.
  18. Well, aside from McCulloch not playing at the back for all four years, Wallace wasn't carrying out his own duties to an acceptable level.
  19. In a random draw, the chances of drawing Hibs was no different to the chances of drawing any other team. It's like the lottery. The odds on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, 14, 19, 32, 41, 49 are equal. It does seem obvious that the draw was fixed for reasons of television coverage at a time when there is no other football being played.
  20. I really don't get the logic in that. Wallace is there to defend, and when possible, get forward and put in crosses. McCoist had many faults, but none of them prevented Wallace from doing any of the above.
