OK take the gaffer out the equation. Are those sating it wasn't a penalty and questioning refereeing decisions on here, on social media etc all paranoid yahoos as per your previous accretions in this thread? -

He is on this occasion. Is our Gaffer wrong saying it wasn't a penalty? Or is just a paranoid yahoo? -

They only have themselves to blame. -

pretty clear explanation from an ex-ref as why it wasn't a penalty. He also explains why our 1st claim wasnt a penalty and why our 2nd claim was a stonewaller. It was refeshing to hear The Gaffer ask twice during his press conference if anyone could explain the difference between the two claims. As you'd expect, nobody took him up and they quickly changed the subject. incompetence, cheating or paraniod? Make your own minds up. -

Well you're clearly in the minority and even an ex-ref disputes your claims that it's "100% a penalty" Being in the minority doesn't automatically make you wrong, but it does on this occasion. You are as wrong as Dickinson was to award it and VAR for not inviting him to review it. They got Lundstram one wrong and they got the Mayo one wrong. The one with Dessers is more ambiguous. -

I don't think it's a point of agreeing with me, it's agreeing with the vast majority of the people who've seen the game / incident. -

clearly shows Lundstrams arm is not in an unnatural position when the ball hits him = no penalty under the current rules and regulations. -

But it wasn't raised- when the ball hit his arm, his arm was against his body. His arm "jumped" when the ball hit it. If Bobby Madden is saying it isn't a penalty, then that says more about the incident than I ever could. The Mayo non-penalty is much more of a penalty than the Lunsdtram incident. Conveniently missed by all the on-field officials and the VAR officials. The penalty to Rangers narrative has certainly had the desire affect. It would be interesting to see how many of the penalties (or percentage) we've been awarded this season have been awarded by VAR and not the on-field officials. -

I'll be disappointed if he doesn't get them relegated. -

Well Dickenson didn't wait for VAR last night, couldn't wait to give penalty (wrongly) against us. Even The Gaffer called them out last night, and rightly so. -

Watch what you say / post mate. Questioning officials is "very" yahooesque" apparently (copyright Gonzo). And here was me thinking we were the "protesters". -

Given we are the only team to have defeated them in the last 15 games, shows they are doing something right. They play a certain way, that's their perogative and it's up to us and other teams to develop a system that can cope with them and defeat them. We didn't play well last night, that may be done to the pitch, Kilmarnock or us not being on our game (or a little of "all of the above"). We escaped with 3 points but at what cost given the injuries to Lawrence and Cortes -
Only real contenders are Tav, Lawrence and Butland. Chosen Lawrence he was fouled for the 1st goal and scored 2nd.

Agree to disagree - I still think 9 times out of 10 the defender gets a foul there. 100% agree he should have dealt with it better. -

Added to that the fact Barasic was fouled and officials gave Killie the free-kick. Barasic should deal with it better but 9 times out of 10 the defender gets a free-kick. -

And by their constant "moaning" they receive favourable decisions from officials. When was the last time THEY conceded a penalty (stick on, or otherwise)? When was the last time we were awarded a penalty at Parkhead? When was the last time they received a red card in league and / or v us at Parkhead? Compare their domestic refereeing awards against their European ones and convince us that its just a coincidence 😉 -

Now the dust has settled, that's only Killies 3rd home defeat of the season and we are the only team they've lost to in the last 15 games (having beaten them twice) Horrible pitch, a team set up in typical McInnes style, who are very difficult to defeat. The game was made more difficult by our woeful 1st half performance, officials who appeared not to apply the rules of the game (foul on Barasic in the lead up to the pen a very soft penalty award and two stonewaller penalties not awarded). However, still think Dio was very lucky not to receive a red card. -

See Hearts benefited from a Clancy special tonight. How the hell was this given? -

Ref and VAR cheated Tav out of a possible hatrick tonight. Given that Lundstram was penalised for handball, how on earth are these not given? -

Just looking at Tav's stats and the only SPFL team he's failed to score against at Ibrox is Motherwell. Wonder what the odds are for him to score on Saturday? Odds will be impacted if Gaffer listens o some fans and takes him off free-kicks and pens tho, just to give other players a wee shot. -

Notice Neil Warnock lost the "battle of the dinosaurs" tonight. And to think some were talking about him replacing Beale...... -

You aren't, but there are others, who like me, think he (and Borna) are not good enough. He may have brought "dynamism" to out LHS, but what are his goals / assists? I'm no stat man, but I'd say he hasn't brought any more goals or assists to the team than Borna Barasic has. When he has played well, I've acknowledged it, he played well on Saturday but was, IMO no where near MOTM. Lundstum, Dessers and Dio were all ahead of him. Some think that because I don't rate Yilmaz, it means im a Borna Barisic fan. Far from it. Barasic has been a great servant, but his time has come and gone. It's no coincidence that we attempted to sign a left back in January and IMO it'll be the 1st position we strengthen in the summer. If Ridvan starts / continues to improve, starts to add goals and assists then I'll happily "eat my hat", until then, I'll refrain from the Ridvan is on fire narrative. -

Aye, if there is an opportunity for us to go back there, it'll happen. Thankfully they are ripping it up next season (or the following one). -

"Potential". He was miles behind Lundstram, slightly behind 2 goal Dessers, and Dio. But I'll give you that, he was potentially MOTM on Saturday = He's on fire......
