  1. When SG left and Gio took over I was genuinely hopeful that he would continue SGs good work and build in 55. Instead, with admittedly no backing from the board, he's taken us backwards. Everything we done well last season we can't replicate this season. Huge summer ahead - they'll strengthen - whilst we can't afford to not strengthen, if the last two windows are anything to go by, expect a few free transfers, a couple of loans and maybe a player or two from lower reaches for SPFL or Dutch football. Truly sickening to think we've handed them this title.
  2. 12 point swing since Gio took over. No excuses, management team and board (for not investing during the winter window) need to take a long hard look at themselves (as some of our players).
  3. League gone and now staring at them getting a treble. How the mighty have fallen. Now have no confidence in the management team who look like they can get it right in Europe but are so out of touch domestically. This could knock us back years - just handed them £40M - let that sink in.
  4. Same old failings - can't hold onto a lead. - can't convert chances into golas - can't defend - can't pick the killer pass 45 mins to save the league / season but looks like it's gonna be an almighty struggle.
  5. HSV currently doing more to promote out 150th then we are....
  6. Chelsea currently being dismantled by Brentford
  7. Yup, obvious he was carrying an injury in last few weeks and we've running into the ground - this was the inevitable outcome
  8. Fantastic season and a great player. Well deserved.
  9. Decent enough but leaves very little to introduce later in the game.
  10. I'd prefer to have Defoe than Itten! It is what it is, maybe push Arido through the middle with Roofe or Kent? Maybe even see Arfield further forward. We have players who can hurt them and Braga, but need a formation that will suit the options. We'll see just how astute Gio is as a manger over next few weeks starting on Sunday and see if he learnt anything from the drubbing at Parkhead.
  11. Alfie is a huge loss not just for Sunday but for the next few weeks. With his absence, will see a change of formation as for all Roofe / Fashion have to over, they ain't a "lone striker"? Can't see Itten featuring so limited in options. I also can't see Roofe being able to play Sunday, Thursday, Sunday given his fitness record.
  12. Anything official yet? If true been ran into the ground and has been carrying an injury for weeks. Huge blow for us as nobody else we have can cause defenders the kind of problems Alfie can.
  13. Not before time..
  14. Pass, ir came up as part of a conversion on our RSC bus a few weeks back.
  15. A bit-coin partner who didn't have an English language website?
  16. Yes - and if not, why do we have lawyers scouring the contract for a loophole that would allow us to pull out? Or why aren't the board simply saying, we are NOT taking part?
  17. Rangers chairman Douglas Park makes Dave King cash call over Sydney Super Cup trip EXCLUSIVE BY CHRISTOPHER JACK RANGERS have rejected Dave King's cash offer to cover the cost of their potential withdrawal from the controversial Sydney Super Cup trip. Herald and Times Sport revealed this week that the former chairman had made a move that could have allowed the Ibrox board to save face with supporters amid the ongoing storm over the jaunt Down Under. The Light Blues hierarchy have come under huge pressure from fans following their decision to sign up for the four team tournament - which also features Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers - and agree to face Old Firm rivals Celtic in a friendly fixture in November. Fans staged their latest high-profile demonstration against the trip last weekend as they disrupted the Premiership victory over Dundee on three occasions by launching streamers and tennis balls onto the park and several chants against Rangers' participation in the tournament were once again heard. King attempted to open up an avenue out of the competition by offering to cover the costs of Rangers backtracking and not sending Giovanni van Bronckhorst and his squad to Sydney during the break for the World Cup later this year. But chairman Douglas Park has refused the deal - which could have been worth around £3million - as Rangers continue to consider their options following the furious backlash that has piled pressure on the Ibrox board and key executive figures at the club. Rangers' place in the Super Cup remains in doubt at present and the coming days could provide more clarity on their position at a time when Van Bronckhorst's side are preparing for three huge Old Firm clashes with Celtic and their Europa League quarter-final showdown against Braga next week
  18. Yes and Park has come out and said they are rejecting Kings offer. Soap-opra continues and as it stands we'll be playing them in Australia - farcical
  19. Just back on RSC bus heading home from legends game. Great day out and joy on Gaza's face when he got on pitch and scored was a joy to see.
  20. Decent looking top to be fair to them! Wonder if it'll be hurriedly re-marketed as "post-split" home top 🤷‍♂️😀
  21. Have our retail partners sent out next season's home top instead of the legends top?
  22. At least he's racking up the "air-miles".
