  1. It was but I'm guessing those who left did in protest against the team / manager. No difference to those who'll leave today.
  2. Rangers 3 v 0 St Johnstone Cerny FGS
  3. Anyone remember Belae's last game? 3-1 defeat at Ibrox when the fans walked out en-masse? 1-0 down at half-time and many fans left. 2-0 down and tens of thousands leave. I wonder how many who left that day (when the UBs stayed) are criticising today's protest. Beale was sacked not long after.
  4. You know that for certain? Or are you speculating?
  5. So you don't know the answer to my question. Just say so, none of us does. The chat when the new contract was offered a d signed was that the sum to sack him was 6 months wages. How accurate that is is open to debate. You have once again conveniently ignored the cost of not sacking him, why not address that? I'm hearing we sent back almost 1000 tickets for the game on Thursday, in my reckoning, that's unheard of. The manager, therefore the club, are losing fans - without fans, there is no Rangers.
  6. I don't know what they are trying to achieve. You'll need to ask them.
  7. Do you agree that those who do walk out are entitled to? Do you support the manager? He is having the most impact on the teams performance on the pitch.
  8. They can have a opinion, but in my opinion would be wrong to criticise anyone for joining the protest. Also, please all remember this isn't a UB statement / protest. Its joint with RSA who are escaping any criticism.
  9. What elephant in the room. Do you know how much it would cost to sack Clement? If so, please share. Do you know how much we'll lose through matchday income, hospitality etc if we keep him and results continue to worsen? Or the impact of losing a generation of fans? You don't, you're using an unkown as an excuse to not sack a manager with our worst away record in 19 years and accusing those who want him sacked as being "hard of thinking".
  10. But are you critical of the statement/protest?
  11. Thought I was on ignore . Told you you'd be having a wee peak back and forth. Hard of thinking you say ........
  12. It would apear to be people who have issues with the UBs who are critical of the statement and protest. I pointed out yesterday that this is a joint statement / protest from UB and RSA. Weirdly all criticism is aimed solely at UB so either those who have seen and are reacting to it have either missed the RSA being involved or are just blindly directing all their ire at UBs.
  13. I believe this is the first in a series of planned protests. People can choose if they want to leave or stay and I for one have no issues with either. I understand people can't make games for various reasons, I've missed games this season. What I was getting at are those on social media criticising the two organisations, their statement and particularly their protest whilst sitting in their homes watching the game on a fire stick. Those who choose to leave today have actually bothered to get of their arse and go and watch the dross we are continuing to witness and are continuing to invest in the club. We get told there is nothing we can do to force change, but there is plenty we can do (if we choose) to show our displeasure.
  14. No, I'm asking if those critical of the UB / RSA statement will be at the game today and will stay for 90mins. The protest asks people who are at the game to leave on 55mins. I'll be at the game today and will stay to the final whistle but have no issue with UB / RSA statement or anyone who decides to leave on 55mins.
  15. Those being labelled "hard of thinking" and having "short term priorities" are the single biggest investors the club has. I've heard said that without the board, we wouldn't have a club. The same can be said of those "hard of thinking" short-term priority people". Without "them", there is no club. Those advocating sacking the manager are not hard of thinking or looking short term. They have witnessed the current manager fall 18 points behind this season from position of being favourite to win the league last season l. On Thursday evening, we started the game with 9 of his signings playing (so there goes the Beale excuse) and finished it with circa £30M of "talent" on the pitch. The excuse of injuries is hard to swallow when Dundee had 10 player out injured and still manged a comfortable draw. Our away form is horrific and getting worse, the manager takes full responsibility for that. We are only 7 points clear of Aberdeen who haven't won a game in 10 attempts. We are saying that in "normal" circumstances that Clement would be sacked, when in reality he should be sacked in any circumstance. Hopefully Stewart will be true to his word and if results, especially away from home don't improve he'll do something that should have been done weeks / months ago. This post is specifically about the manager and nothing else.
  16. I'm assuming all those fans who are criticising the UB / RSA statement / protest will be at Ibrox today and will stay until the final whistle?
  17. Go on to their socials and tell them - they'll not see / hear your opinion of them otherwise. Also, it's a joint statement with The Rangers Supporters Association - anything "constructive" to say about them and their organisation?
  18. Ex-Rangers target Morgan Whittaker scored winner for Plymouth at Brentford. West Borm destroyed 5-1 after taking lead at Bournemouth
  19. I, maybe due to clutching at straws, think he will. He has to, or he's just another waste of a wage.
  20. Never happens mate. Don't know the answer but a question I think we'd all like an answer to.
  21. Celtic being held by County - title race back on?
  22. The part that jumped out at me was the external review of operations starting on Monday. This will be led by Stewart but conducted and, if I'm reading it correctly, implemented / accelerated by independent football minded people.
  23. Depressing but not surprising
