    Who stays?

I know, but it isn't like the scenario buster posted, nothing like that at all.
  2. They might not be - I see Leicester have just sacked Cooper, so I'd add him to the list! We need a manager to identify a style that compliments the limited resources we have and make us difficult to beat.
  3. I've taken 23 games - more than 1/2 a season, not 5. If you are happy with Clement and how we are playing fine, but some fans are rightly sick to the back teeth watching the same dross week in week out. It doesn't seem to matter what 11 he selects we are a terrible football team. No style, no pace, no imagination, no fight, nothing. We are playing the worst football since returning to the top flight, the results are mirroring this. That's all down to the manager. We / he talks about rebuild - its 2 years since we got to EL Final and only 1 of that starting 11 is in our current squad. We've had our rebuild - it's failed. If Gio and Beale deserved the sack, why doesn't Clement?

    Who stays?

Nothing like that at all. We have (had) money but the board have squandered it all with continued mismanagement. The board got us into this mess - full stop.

    Who stays?

Stay - Butland, Jefte, Souttar, Barron, Raskin, Cerny (if we can make it work), Bajrami not many more in my opinion. NB - the above only stay if we can getter better players in and around them. NB 2 - over last 3 managers, our best players have been players we've loaned and had no.chance of keeping - Tillman, Sima and now Cerny.
  6. Warburton's last 23 games in charge - W12, L5, D6 Clement's last 23 games in charge - W12, L6, D5.
  7. Yes, he spent £1.2M on a player who hadn't kicked a ball. His choice.
  8. That's not my job. I could name many managers (Muscat, Moyes, Porter, Gerrard) who I think could improve us, but it's not my job. You didn't answer if these current players are worse than those under Warburton?
  9. That's no reason to keep him. He is taking us to levels not experienced since the Warburton days when we had the likes of Holt, Halliday, Jo Dodoo. Are you saying the current players are WORSE than those players?
  10. And went into the season with 1 fit striker, who on the 24th November 2024 remains our only fully fit striker.
  11. Souttar still has the odd brain fart and poor game in him (he was very poor yesterday IMO). As you say the entire Dessers situation is a conundrum. He scores goals - top scorer last season and top scorer this season. Clement appeared to be happy going into this season with Dessers as his only fit striker. Yet we can all see he isn't good enough. We rely on him to get us goals with little or no support and no one to share the burden yet we get on Dessers back when it doesn't happen.
  12. Hopefully they sack Clement
  13. What about the ones that identified and recommend the likes of Propper and Igamane?
  14. Alternatively we can do nothing and sink into oblivion. Mark Warburton had a better record in his last games than Clement has this season. We've won 1 title in 14 years. We've accepted being 2nd best - welcome to Rangers Football Club 2024.
  15. We've scored just 17 goals in 12 games (6 of those in one game) and relying in Dessers and Cerny to score the vast majority of our goals. Dessers is on course to score 20 goals for the 2nd consecutive sesson, yet our biggest issue is scoring goals. Dessers isn't good enough, but if you take his 10 goals away this season and we'd be in a far worse position. That's how bad we are and no sign of improving.
  16. It's OK writing the season off, but we're struggling to remain 3rd in the SPL. I just don't see how it improves under Clement - I can't think of 1 player who is better under Clement than they were previously (or when he came in). No matter wage cuts, rebuilds, projects we should be romping away with 2nd place and at least keeping close to Celtic. 11 points behind after 12 games is reminiscent of the mid-80s when we were finishing 3rd and 4th (as the lack of style).
  17. Cortes? Danilo? Ridvan? At least Dessers is fit to play and scores but not enough, Diamonde shows great technique in flashes, but those flashes are becoming less frequent (but he is playing out of position).
  18. If there were signs of improvement, I'd agree but there is nothing, absolutely nothing. I think they have to sack him. Whatever it is he is trying to do isn't working and hasn't been working since March. We are now at Warburton levels and we'll sink lower unless something happens / is changed.
  19. I'd add a destroyer at no9 as well. Someone like Morelos, Hateley, Darchville (sp).
  20. Quite the opposite - however Dessers has come on at half-time in games and improved us and scored goals to win games. There is a fundamental issue and it's either the players aren't good enough or not being coached correctly.
  21. 100% but in previous games, players like Tav and Dessers have been introduced and we've improved and gone on to win games.
  22. Cerny is the only candidate.
  23. That's too simplistic. We have a habit of playing well / acceptable in 1 half of a game, yesterday the latest example. I don't think it matters who starts or who comes on, until we can play for a full 90mins we'll struggle. Hibs, Hearts and St Johnstone (Hampden cup game) are other examples where players who finished the game yesterday, started in those games where we also struggled. Also, the manager has no clue as to what is his strongest 11 as he refuses to play a settled team.
  24. I'm utterly dreading playing Spurs and Man U. In fact, I dread us playing anyone at the moment.
  25. We are so easy to play against. We never score from a set-piece, so teams can feel safe giving away corners and free-kicks. Our full-backs are no longer a goal threat, so teams can feel safe allowing our full-backs time on the ball. Our midfield three offer zero goal threat so again they can be allowed time and space on the ball. That leaves our front three - no matter who starts, we are over reliant on them scoring goals and winning games. Dessers and Cerny have chipped in with a few. Our defence is fragile and our keeper is rooted to his line most of the time, so we conceded on a regular basis.
