  1. We are at the stage that our best chance of finishing 2nd is if some club from the lower leagues in England have noticed what he's doing at Aberdeen and take him away. We have absolutely no chance of finishing 1st unless Celtic suddenly ceased to exist or moved away from this league.
  2. It shouldn't stop us challenging- we play in a backwater league, it doesn't require £20M to be sitting in 3rd 9 points adrift. You can manage to be 9 points clear of us by signing players from the likes of Livingston, coaching them well, getting a style of play that suits your players and getting them to buy into t. But your tight, stick with the current exec/leaders and the current manager and I'm sure we'll mount a credible challenge in the next decade or so. Apologies if that's self entitlement or unrealistic expectations.
  3. So this is now the Rangers standards? 4 titles in 18 years and regressing at an alarming rate? I don't think Rangers fans have unrealistic expectations, t self entitlement, I think the majority just want to see progression, an ability to challenge, young fresh players, a playing style we can get behind, a forward thinking board and exec who'll use the limited resources better, encourage and develop new investment etc. At the moment we have nothing. That's not self entitlement and expecting a expensive assemble team to be closer to the top of the table than to the bottom 6 isn't really unrealistic expectations.
  4. You can add Igamane at £1.7M to that list as well. Before anyone jumps in, not an attack on Igamane but the signing. When it was obvious we needed a striker to replace / supplement Dessers, we spent the best part of £2M on a player who is still miles away from being a 1st team regular. The board continually make the wrong appointments whether it be at "executive" level, managerial and recruitment. Or as it currently stands, leave these crucial positions unfilled.
  5. 100% - he's spent circa £20M since arriving and doesn't play his own players. Propper cost more than the entire Aberdeen squad yet was sitting on the bench (same with Diomande). We are badly coached, have no playing style, weak, passive, slow and devoid of ideas. That's down to coaching and tactics. The manager said we needed to clear out the squad yet seems to trust players he's inherited over players he / Koppen signed. We ended up with 4 full backs on the pitch last night whilst trying to chase the game. Unreal.
  6. Taken from another forum but sums us up perfectly - and some say we haven't been / need to be patient.... An 18 year old Rangers supporter has only been alive to see us win four league titles - and probably doesn't remember the first three. There is now a generation of young adults who simply do not see Rangers as a successful club. A well supported club, yes, but not a successful one
  7. Didn't watch the game so not voting 😄
  8. As usual you've answered nothing - and you are trolling, it's what you do. #confused.com
  9. Summed up perfectly by Kris Boyd 🗣️KRIS BOYD DEFEAT V ABERDEEN | 30/10 “I think even the Rangers fans with blue-tinted glasses on can see through this now, this ain't working” “You can understand if there's players getting better. Let's look at the improvement” “Aberdeen deserved to win tonight. Hearts 0-0 at the start of the season. Kilmarnock deserved to win against Rangers as well” “The budgets are absolutely nowhere near Rangers” “Even if you're downgrading and cutting back, it's a will and determination to go and win a game of football and Rangers are severely lacking that department right now”
  10. Yet you keep replying? Seems you are very interested or trolling
  11. As I said in my edit, that's life but I don't see any difference between fan and supporter. Lived in Canada for 5 years when we were down the divisions. Keep my season ticket up even though I only made 3 or 4 games a season. Dragged myself to supporter clubs at 7:30AM to watch is lose to Morton and the likes. Don't think that made me (or your in your current situation) a fan rather than supporter, as I don't see a distinction/difference . Very few can say they get to every game. Between 1983 - 1992, I think I missed 3 Rangers games in the UK. Don't think it made me any more of a supporter than any one else.
  12. So are you a fan or supporter? I've had enough as well but will drag myself to Hampden to support the team. If it helps, I'm a fan and I'll be there, like I try to be at most games. There are reasons I can't make.every game, doesn't mean I do."whatever". I don't see any difference between fan and supporter
  13. What are you a fan or a supporter? You going on Sunday? Plenty tickets left for all you supporters/fans
  14. If that's true, how do you explain crowds of 10,000 and less in the 80s? Crowds I was part off? Those that didn't go are less of a fan than those that did? Are you implying that any fan who chooses to do something they believe will see change that YOU don't agree with for what they believe is for the better is less of a fan? That's a rhetorical quesrion as I know you'll not answer it. I've told you twice what I plan to do, either accept it as it is, or don't. Either way move on.
  15. The inconvenient truth that too many can't grasp.
  16. Listen, I've protested against various owners and boards, I've been physically and verbally abused by fellow "fans" whilst doing so, not first rodeo. I did share, I said I'd take it week by week, but once again, you ignore what people post. As for not sharing, thats rich coming from the troll who hasn't answered one question on one thread in their time on this forum.
  17. So for 15-20 mims then? If you watched the game, do you agree that was one of our better performances? Is that now our standard?
  18. A direct question to me, or a general question? If its directed at me, I'll decide on a week to week basis if that's OK with you. If you are not agreeable, tell me what I should do and I'll give it some i.e no) consideration.
  19. Did the manager just say that was one of our better performances? If so, you guys were so wrong in your comments during the game. I never watched it and just assumed we were terrible, appears not.
  20. But that's been the same for 13 years. It's the.same message every season and we've fallen it for it hook, line and sinker whilst slipping further behind. Nothing will change other than us getting further and further behind. We play in a shit league, we should be so far ahead of everyone other than Celtic. We are now behind Aberdeen.
  21. They have and that can be seen in the performances and the managers press conferences. It's like he's been told it doesn't matter how bad this season is, he'll still be in charge.
  22. The manager can drop Tav and Dessers. In fac he did at the weekend and had to put them on to get the 3 points against the mighty St Mirren because his signings werent good enough. Never mind, past caring - the club is fcuked from top to bottom.
  23. It's the perfect storm. The only issue I have with what you posted is the."impatient support". 1 title in 13 years, I think the fans have been beyond patient. The patience has to run out at some point. For me, tonight's the night
  24. We are now 9 points off 1st and 9 points off 9th place. Standards.
  25. Nah, lost the appetite years ago and I never said anyone was committing fraud (but you knew that). They've managed us into this situation and have shown they are incapable of managing us out of it.
