All I see on here is formations(look good on paper) I would rather see expressionism with players being able to adapt to situations on the park,too much time is spent looking at folders/diagrams. Oh for the good old days when players could think for themselves.

It is chaotic but for players to say they did not know what tactics they were to use is a load of crap,they should be able to adapt to what is happening and forget about silly diagrams etc. Agree that the late free kick by Tav was more than pathetic as well as that he is a big weak link with his AWOL play.

Was a critic of Waghorn earlier in season but since arrival of Pedro there is a change in his play and if he can add goals I think there is a chance for him. Big thing that I agree with is,not just with us,that too many ordinary players are too one footed which to me is a big failing in coaching at all levels.

Don't want to say too much our two best players were substituted(Waghorn & Hyndman) with their replacements showing nothing. The two youngsters had a shaky start(understandable) but we were let down by more experienced first team players notably Tavernier and Mckay. If we are to rely on a pool of players to get us through all must show their worth. A big clear out is needed come end of season but finances will no doubt see us with many of the ones we still have.

Tav having his usual AWOL putting Bates under same pressure as he puts Keirnan under he has to go at end of season IMO.

Ridiculous that these are the reasons,the only reasons that should have been taken into account are safety,difficulty in stewarding/policing and effect on family situations. Opening a gate like this allows opportunities for these organisations to cry wolf at any time now.

Coop there are many leftovers from MW's reign who to me would struggle to get games elsewhere Senderos being the main example at least Miller still has something to offer.

Sniping at Miller again give it up in the second he done more as a captain than Wallace has done in at any time. Problems are central defense with option of Senderos or Wilson both bombscares. Agree with Moult being worth a punt have said that a couple of times now to friends. Toral unlikely to play Wednesday as that pitch is a bit dodgy for his knees.

Was at game poor poor first half totally bullied by physical Well team.Surprising half time subs but having read Pedro's report can understand. Some great saves by Fod. and a sterling display by Kiernan looking forward to future games under Pedro. I know there is a couple of games before semi but am already looking forward to it.

It sounds great what Pedro is doing/planning but "burn out" comes to mind so things will have to extremely carefully monitored. The "expertise" of the board will now be even more scrutinised.

Probably you are correct in not needing this but it let's us get it off our minds what we think of Warburton. Personally he had me considering about next season as his tactics and bland statements were starting to wear me down,so the new manager is hopefully going to negate these thoughts I had.

Tend to agree as Warburton had no plan "B" even in his interviews.
