Certainly persons can be injured on any type of surface but the fact seems to be that when sliding into tackles you are more likely to cut yourself or get friction burns on plastic which by reports is a common injury. Keep plastic where it belongs e.g. visa cards credit cards store cards etc.:devil:

Can't recall myself but sure I seen it a few times in pre substitution rules. As a wee extra to the post does anyone think rules should be changed to allow three substitutes as now and that the keeper be replaced at any time if injured over and above the three?.

Used to go to reserve league games too,remember Andy Penman making his debut on day Foinavon won Grand National,but have never been at any development games as they don't inspire me. I remember thinking it was great at being able to get into the enclosure because it was cheaper than it was for first team games. Legends are what they are in peoples opinion so surprised not to see "Slim Jim"mentioned in this vein Many other players could spring to light "wee Willie" for instance. But I would prefer to see the term being gave club good service so should be remembered fondly,probably a bit long winded compared to the one word "legend"but would allow many others to be part of our folklore.
