The worrying thing is he said we were as technically competent as Slovenia. I don't know what game he was watching. We couldn't string 3 passes together and punted it up the park more often than not.

Thomas O'Ware names Rangers player he was impressed by in friendly; also praises Kenny Miller Glasgow Rangers took on Greenock Morton in a mid-season friendly ahead of the Ibrox side's return to Scottish Premiership action this Friday. Thomas O'Ware has suggested that he was extremely impressed by the performance of Rangers full-back Declan John during the Gers' mid-season friendly against Morton at the weekend, and also praised the display of Kenny Miller in the 3-3 draw, Pedro Caixinha's men took on the Scottish Championship side as they continue their preparations before their top flight clash with St Johnstone on Friday night, and there was one notable inclusion in the squad. Kenny Miller of Rangers celebrates Rangers first goal during the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round match between Rangers and Progres Niederkorn at the Ibrox Stadium on June 29,... Miller had been exiled from the first-team for their final game before the break, with the Record reporting that he had fallen out with Caixinha, but it appears that the two have moved on from that disagreement with the veteran featuring and then scoring in the contest. And O'Ware praised the impact that the 37-year-old made during the friendly, and suggested that there appeared to be no problems between player and manager. “He’s always on the move. He looked very sharp and is deadly in front of goal," he said, as reported by the Record. “He looked and played like the player we’ve all come to know and respect. He’s actually a horrible player to play against." "There seemed to be no issues between Miller and his manager or the rest of his Rangers team-mates on Saturday," he added. While the 24-year-old was impressed by Miller, it was John who O'Ware labelled as the best player on the pitch, and he suggested that the Gers have pulled off an impressive deal bringing him to Ibrox. “I liked the look of Rangers full-back John," he went on to add. “He was very quick and nippy going down the channel and did very well. He was the pick of the Rangers players on show. I was very impressed with his performance." John's form has been incredibly encouraging since he arrived in the summer, and that will leave Caixinha surely wondering whether Lee Wallace does actually come back into the side when he is fully fit as it is surely too difficult to find a reason to drop the Cardiff loanee if he continues to impress. http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2017/10/09/thomas-oware-names-rangers-player-he-was-impressed-by-in-friendl/

Rangers would have stumped up cash if they really wanted me, says Hearts winger Jamie Walker The Hearts star was linked with a move all summer but Rangers failed to agree a deal. Not selling Jamie Walker to Rangers could end up costing Hearts says Jim Jefferies Jamie Walker believes if Rangers had really wanted him they’d have stumped up the cash. The Hearts winger has admitted for the first time that he was open to an Ibrox move when Gers attempted to do a deal with the Jambos for his services. MailSport understands that Hearts were willing to accept a packaged bid for Walker of around £600,000. Read More Hearts star Jamie Walker opens up over failed Rangers move and insists abuse family received was out of order Jamie Walker and Pedro Caixinha speak at full time (Image: SNS Group) Hearts' Jamie Walker (left) skips away from Aberdeen's Graeme Shinnie But Rangers failed to meet that on deadline day and any potential deal was off. The 24-year-old is now thriving again in Craig Levein’s side and will be allowed to speak to other clubs in January about his future. Walker told Mailsport: “Let’s not kid ourselves, Rangers are a massive club and of course, it was on my mind. “But I’ve got seven months left on my contract and it’s up to me to play well and maybe get an even bigger move. “On the last day of the window, I wasn’t sitting expecting it to happen. I knew Rangers were possibly going to come back in. Read More “But if they really wanted me I think they’d have put down the money. “It’s a massive club and if it doesn’t happen, I can still go on to bigger and better things. “Rangers aren’t the be-all and end-all. It’s up to me to show what I can do and maybe get something better. “In January I might have a few offers. I’ll be a free agent and if I’m playing well enough, there might be a decision to be made.” Incredibly, Walker hasn’t ruled out staying at Tynecastle beyond his current deal. It’s unlikely after he rejected a new contract which would have made him the highest paid player at Hearts - and several clubs are already interested in his services. But Walker revealed he’ll speak to Hearts, as well as his agent and family, to discuss where his future lies. Now the winger wants to recapture the form which attracted interest from Rangers last year by finding the back of the net again. He said: “You never know what might happen in January or the summer. “I’ll sit down with the people closest to me and assess any options I have. “But if Hearts came to me with what I felt was a better offer, maybe I’d stay. “I’m an ambitious player. I just want the best for myself and my family – and to play at the highest level I can. “It has been poor from me over the last few months so I need to get back to where I was last year, which was scoring goals most weeks.” httpwww.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/rangers-would-stumped-up-cash-11305366 Sorry I clicked before looking at the source.

This was in their match programme for the their match against Linfield

Rangers players or not I am gutted but Strachan's team selections have hampered us from day 1 of this tournament. Why he thought Burke was a better choice than Griffiths I will never know. Why go 4-4-2 in such an important game? Martin did absolutely no chasing down. Phillips was the waste of a jersey. Time for Strachan to move on.

I don't think GS is saying he would welcome him back but that there still is a large part of the support that would. I personally don't think that a large percentage of the support want him back but for me it is a moot point because Murray won't leave his wine vaults in France to come back.
-
I hope Kelly and his cohorts are brought to justice for their part but I will be shocked if CFC get any punishment. I will also be honest that the people getting punished is more important to me than the club getting punished.
-
How can you prove it that they gained a sporting advantage?
-
I think that is a reason to have an Orange shirt to get rid of the stigma.
-
What action? We are claiming the people that ran the club and the backing firm were the bad ones but when it comes to Celtic we want to claim it is the club that is wrong. surely we can't have it both ways. I can understand that people want Kelly done and maybe Stein shown up but action against the club is a dream as it won't happen.
-
Neither will I. Absolutely horrific. They should arrest the guy that thought that out for public indecency.
-
No they won't! Don't kid yourself.
-
Given the fact that Rangers wouldn't want Murray near ibrox, I don't see Murray wanting to be anywhere near Ibrox,
-
Ended 3-1 England.
-
Scotland were back in it for all of 45 seconds after a nice worked goal from cadden but 3-1 to England now.
-
2 minutes in to the second it is game over. England lucky penalty. Guy clicked his own heels imo but got the penalty.

Not a lot to hope for at this level. We have parked the bus with 10 men about our own area and then it is a punt up to the dominant English defenders with Chris Burke looking like a lost soul. How Strachan ever thought he was better than Griffiths I will never know. Strachan is now taking the glory but his early team selections have cost us dear. A peach of a goal for England making it 1-0 but it is a 1-0 that looks as safe as houses. We can't get out our own half for most of the the first half. No McCrorie or Hardie until now. Oh yeah F***** pink shirts.

I know this is not really Rangers News apart from Rangers also have a good relationship with the military. My ex-boss who I also consider a friend is doing a trek to the base camp of Everest to raise money for Help our Hero's. He is paying all the costs himself so every donation will be made in full to the charity. If any of you can afford a donation to help our soldiers who have injuries or illnesses it would be great Steve's Story. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/steve-boardman2?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=fundraisingpage&utm_content=Steve-Boardman2&utm_campaign=pfp-share&utm_term=pdvryJbbB Thanks.

No Rangers reunion for Ricky Foster as defender is banned for kicking referee's door ST Johnstone defender Richard Foster will be suspended for the Premiership clash against his former club Rangers after kicking a referee's door. The Scottish Football Association ruled that the 32-year-old was guilty of 'excessive misconduct' for the act, which took place after Saints' 3-2 defeat to Dundee at Dens Park on 19 September. Referee Alan Muir awarded the hosts a penalty for Foster's foul on A-Jay Leitch-Smith, a decision which resulted in the winning goal. Foster will now miss the clash with Rangers, who he represented for two seasons from 2013-2015, on 13 October as well as his club's trip to Hearts a week later. The defender hit the headlines last season after picking up a two-match suspension and fine for brawling with teammate Danny Swanson during a game against Hamilton Accies. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/rangers/15581253.No_Rangers_reunion_for_Ricky_Foster_as_defender_is_banned_for_kicking_referee_s_door/

I think they are mixing it up with buying shares which you could hand over. I agree totally you can't inherit a life membership. I would say if it is for your kids then you should buy your own shares.

We can wear blue if the other teams second shirt is not blue as Slovakia's is.

I knew that reply was coming. Can you produce a picture of a real training top that looks like that?
-
What does a training top normally look like?
-
It does not matter if you mean it or not these days. A possible injury causing tackle is a red card.
-
Hibs was a laugh but Hamilton was certainly 2 yellow cards.
