Sorry I read that somewhere but I can't find it again. I had no idea so I was just going from a story I can't find again.
-
Why would they make this statement then? Or would it be to make Rangers go higher than 175.000
-
Stein came back because Coventry couldn't make the payments.
-
Yes he was my Hero as well along with Tom Forsyth and Davie Smith.
-
Did Hibs not make a statement that the first offer was 175.000?
-
Just to think we paid 100.000 for Colin Stein way back in 1968. Inflation is not that high in Scottish football.
-
It used to be like that. 15% if you don't ask and 5% if you do. Not sure now though.

In the end Hibs have to also look at what it will cost them if they weaken their team and fail for promotion. Another year in the championship will have huge financial implications. Especially without Rangers games. Crowds of 500 would be a norm and Hibs would probably drop to 3-5000. In saying that if Allen does sign a pre=contract in January will his heart still be in it and would he want to stop Rangers winning the league if it meant he was playing in the SPL at Rangers the next season. I think your 750.000 is a joke as he will probably only be 100% until January. He probably will try his best after that but psychologically he will probably drop down a gear.

Count me in. I will try and remember more this season. -
I agree with his long kicks there were none that hit a Rangers player. That is something he can improve in training. I disagree he crapped out of diving at the guy's feet. He was extremely brave and made an excellent save. He had totally no chance with the goal. I think Rangers should start a moaning section at Ibrox. Put all the moaners together and give the other supporters a break.

Social media reacts as former Rangers midfielder Ian Black turns out as a trialist for BERWICK RANGERS 20:11, 21 July 2015 By Record Sport Online THE Wee Gers give controversial Ibrox reject a run-out and Twitter goes into meltdown on hearing the news. Craig Gordon Ex-Rangers star Ian Black appears as a trialist for Berwick Rangers Ex-Rangers star Ian Black appears as a trialist for Berwick Rangers FREED Rangers midfielder Ian Black turned out as a trialist for League Two side Berwick Rangers in a friendly against junior side Haddington Athletic tonight. The 30-year-old, who was regularly booed by the Ibrox support as the side failed to secure promotion from the Championship last season, was given a run-out by the Wee Gers boss Colin Cameron. The ex-Hearts star netted Berwick's equaliser after Haddington took an early lead. The Wee Gers eventually ran out 4-2 winners thanks to an Andy Russell hat-trick. Craig Gordon Ian Black stars for Berwick Rangers Black, who hit out at the Ibrox club after his departure and claimed he should have been thanked for his efforts, recently told Sky Sports he was weighing up options from England. Twitter went into meltdown when news of Black's appearance surfaced with some pointing out, quite correctly, that Berwick IS in England. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/social-media-reacts-former-rangers-6110889

Unfortunately I don't have it yet but I am softening. I like what Warburton says but we have had plenty of patter merchants over the last few years. -

Rangers should tell them we want more or stick it where the sun Don't shine. -

How sweet our 55 premier league title is going to be. I think I may even come home for the celebrations. -
Didn't really sound very convincing to me.
-
Totally agree and that came because we never gave them time on the ball. I believe it has been proven that Ally just never had the players fit enough and mostly chose a defensive set up worrying more about our opponents strengths. Warburten was also not happy with the diet of the players which is why I would imagine our sport scientist has bitten the bullet.
