I don't think it is only goals that Healy brings to the team his movement is far better than anyone else we have and that gives Jelavic far more space by pulling defenders away. This team is actually starting to look good with all the things we were saying was missing. Aluko must be the first name on the team sheet and given the same allowance of movement that Naismith had. In another thread it was said that three goals does not change the supporters mind on Healy and that may be so, but anyone still doubting Aluko's talents must be totally against change of mind.

Edu also seems to be a far better player without jig in the team. I will admit though having Healy up front with Jelly means we can pass the ball up to the strikers instead of punting the ball up to Jelavic. We now have far more options to pass the ball forward. I hope Ally has seen that as well.

Not sure about Liverpool but I thought he did okay against Hamburg.

I am not sure that 6.5 mill is double 4 mill;) but as someone said we do not have to sell so I would be disappointed with that. 7.5 minimum

Yes I prefer managers with more than 7 letters in their surname. I think the criticism McCoist is getting at this moment is of his own doing. I always said I think he should manage another club before Rangers and to be honest I have not changed my mind as I think he is making the mistakes that he may not make if he was a bit more experienced. It is not that I never wanted McCoist as manager I would just have preferred that he had more experience. Some of his decisions and statements beggar belief to be honest.

Hopefully he has gained a bit of composure while being in Spain. If he had that he would have been a topper.

Yes what a difference a year makes.

Sorry it was indeed the second and was Fleck - Davis-Fleck -Healy Aluko-Goal.

I thought Healy was excellent in linking up the play today and the third goal was created by his quick 1-2.

He also said I allowed men to get forward, does that mean he didn't in other games.

Rangers midfielder Steven Naismith is feeling positive as he continues his recovery from a serious knee injury. Naismith suffered the second ruptured cruciate ligament of his career - both knees have now been affected - during a win over Aberdeen in October. The Scotland international will be out for the rest of the season but he is confident he will make a full recovery. Early signs Naismith told Rangers TV: "It's coming along nicely and I feel pretty good. The leg seems strong and the physios and the doctor are happy with it so it's a case of continuing on. "We are still at an early stage and I am only doing basic exercises at the moment. It will be another month or so before I can do harder exercises. "There are different phases to the rehabilitation. At the start the surgeon just wants the graft to heal and the scars to heal over, then it is to get your range of movement back followed by the hard work to build your muscles back up. "The early signs are that everything will be fine. We have worked hard to get over the first few hurdles. "Having been through all of this before it has helped me mentally. I am much more comfortable going through all of the exercises asked of me whereas in the past I was more apprehensive." While Naismith faces his own personal battle, his team-mates now face a fight to claim their fourth successive Scottish Premier League title after being overtaken by Celtic. Rangers had been 15 points ahead in early November but their 1-0 defeat at Parkhead saw Celtic move two points above them. However, Romanian defender Dorin Goian, who returns from suspension for Monday's visit of Motherwell, is determined to turn the tide. The centre-back said: "People should remember that the championship is long and there are still many games to play. "I still think it is in our hands to win the championship. Confidence "We have to rediscover our confidence and I think we can do that against Motherwell and win the game. If we do that it will give us a chance to put things back to normal. "When you have tough moments you have to train harder, you have to find something extra to recover and I feel we can do that. "I feel the team we have is capable of winning the title. We have made a couple of mistakes and we have paid for them but I am very confident we can still win the league."

Yeh that was also another strange decision from McCoist to offer Whittaker so much money for so long. Probably made him unsaleable.

We agreed to leave it for you. Welcome mate.

That is statistics Zappa and they don't always tell the truth. Do you personally see anything in this team that makes you think that we are going forward? I am afraid I don't.
-
Do you see any improvement in the Rangers team? Apart from 45 minutes against Celtic what I have been watching is dire.
-
I definitely don't think we should let Hutton go as he looked as if he could reach the acquired level given time. I have to agree that Fleck is definitely not a central mid player in my view.

There is definitely something not adding up somewhere. As they say there is no smoke without fire but in this situation even a piece of the fire is visible in that Whyte won't let anyone see the books or face an AGM. I would never have questioned the integrity of a bank a few years ago but after the TBS - ABN\Amro situation and the collapse of that American bank it is clear there are plenty of musky dealings and decisions being made on a daily bases. I have no insight into what is going on at Rangers so I have to treat everything as a rumour. I am old enough to know that many rumours are false and fabricated or stretched and changed in word of mouth communication, but I also know that the truth is often whispered in the dark before the event takes place. There is also a saying "many a true word said in jest" and while this is no joke somewhere in all the rubble lies the truth.

Oh Yeh that's right. Luckily for McKay because he is pretty big down under.
-
To stop Bedoya and McKay getting lonely on the bench?
-
I am sure it is thought he borrowed it from an offshore lender. Not fact just what I thought I read.

If you watch the good teams they close down quickly in groups of 3. If you watch us, we close down with 1 player about 5 seconds too late.
-
I guess they all had ear plugs in when go home ya huns was being sung.
-
Does anyone else think that Whyte could be just a front man for maybe Murray or King? I just find it so strange that first Ellis appeared and then came back with Whyte.

Probably the last Update. The hooligan who pleaded to having a low iq and drink problem(No excuse said the judge) was jailed for 6 months where he will do 4 months and the other 2 months will come into play if he offends again in the coming 2 years. He will have to register by a police station if Ajax, AZ or the Dutch team are playing for the coming 2 years. Ajax are taking civil proceedings against him to try and reimburse the 10.000 euro fine they recieved from the KNVB. The Ajax supporters club are also looking to take civil action against him for 300.000 euro's for their lost ticket money. His advocate said he did it to win a bet of 50 euro's.

I think Jelavic has had his chance as far as I can remember he has only scored once and not got further than the wall on a number of occasions.
