I posted this on Twitter, but curious what you guys think. What players could we realistically pluck from the 3 relegated EPL teams? Let's not be silly and say Scott Parker, or Charlie Adam - what ones within our budget would enhance or be even better than what we have? I'm not sure about Puncheon, not sure he's all that much better than what we have.

Really nice man and has had a good managerial career, albeit after he won the Scudetto in 2004 with Milan his Milan team started to stagnate and he did almost nothing to arrest the slide. Not the best tactically at times, and very stubborn. But you can't take away what he's won -
Criticism no sane Scot could disagree with. But it is kinda stating the obvious to say the EPL is a vast amount better than the SPL.

Been wanting to leave since the world cup finished. He even admitted the only reason he stayed after that was because no offers came in for him. It's not often I say this to any Rangers player, but fuck off Madjid Bougherra. Stinking attitude and I now look forward to getting rid of him.

I really hope we get another season out of him; a full, non-injury interrupted one. I know McCoist and Whyte have apparently said he's not for sale, if a �£13M bid comes in, i suspect they'd think long and hard...

It was awful, but had nothing to do with where they came from and everything to do with Braga playing like us in 2008. Porto were a class apart, just like Zenit were to us.

I guess this is Gersnet's way of saying Ally is now the manager. Wiki says it too. I guess he essentially is, until it is officially announced. As for Foster, like Healy not really good enough to be a regular starter but a great squad player and does very well on the big occasions.

I'm not being a bitch, but I don't think Weiss is really good enough to play for Man City. He's a decent winger who did *decent* in the SPL but didn't exactly set the place on fire. I think he's become more of a hit with his pro-Rangers antics since being injured. If I am honest, the SPL is about his level, maybe slightly below. I can't see him being a hit in Spain, albeit attacking players do get much more space than the British game affords them.
