    I was torn between Nikica 'I want to join Man Utd' Jelavic and Shagger, but that save against Shirley, imho, probably won us the league. He was sensational, his only blip being the goal he conceded from Commons at Parkhead. So has to be McGregor.

    Rather disgruntled at getting online and reading that one one hand Villa are trying to steal McGregor for a paltry �£5M, and that Jelavic is once again whoring himself to Man Utd. For someone who's 'happy to be here' his press performances are starting to piss me off. And I love him. As for Bougherra, he can depart with my blessing.

    He's a great player, but he was exceptional for Valencia too and they were just a very good team, no more. Villa's fit in well at Barca, but their fortunes wouldn't suffer badly without him such is the influence of the big 3.

    Yes, but Barca were immortal before they signed him. It's those 3 who make the real difference.

    What sets Barca apart is this triumverate which has 3 of the world's best 4 players. Iniesta, Xavi and Messi are a cut above and as an engine are untouchable. Without them Barca would be mortal.

    We had a shocker at the San Siro, but completely dominated at White Hart Lane and why we didn't score is beyond me. Maybe I am biased, but I can't see any other teams in Europe who are in any sort of position to challenge Barca. I am not saying Milan definitely are, but we have the best chance imbo.

    I'd like to see a 'we're not selling' stance. Replacing McGregor with a goalkeeper of that quality will be impossible.

    PS: He wants to stay, has literally asked for contract negotiations, so let us hope they're underway and he's about to sign.

    Really good final - same as last time - Man Utd started brightly but Barca dominated the rest and ran out easy winners. It gives you some idea of how far ahead of Europe Barca are. Utd could beat pretty much any other team in Europe - look how easily they overcame Chelsea - but can't get close to Barca. I think it's safe to say Barca are one of the great football sides of all time - if SAF doesn't have an answer for them, they must be good... The only team in Europe I think who might have a chance against them is Milan - they've enjoyed a serious renaissance this season and have a hell of a good squad which will only be enhanced in the summer.

    I blame Kris Boyd It's not as crazy a concept as some might think. Yes, we're in a terrible league, but we're financially fixed now and we have the carrot of CL to entice players with.

    I don't read any Celtic forums. This is what our own fans are saying. And it's plausible.

    I loved Laudrup, my all time idol. But I do feel his time in Italy and England suggest he might not have fared too well in Spain either. He was wonderful for us, and did well for Denmark, but he didn't do so well for us in the CL which is closer to the big 3 leagues in quality.
