  1. jim spence ‏ @bbcjimspence Sportsound tonight, Me, Tom English,Alan Preston. including a statement from an independent judicial panel member named on the internet
  2. Australia mate
  3. Sorry guys, time difference here and a shit internet connection :throwpc:has me lagging way behind,it's a fucking nighmare trying to keep up
  4. Lifted from FF,does anyone know who these guys are,or anything about them,if true?. The 3 who passed the sanctions on behalf of SFA & ultimately put another nail in our clubs coffin are Eric Drysdale,QC Alastair Muirning & Gary Allan. They have now been named & shamed please forward this on. Allegedly.
  5. By the same token,if these sanctions are put in place, then we could lose our better experienced players, leaving us with nothing but young players and whilst they are all good prospects,if a few of them get injured then we could end up getting relegated while at the same time the other SPL clubs get all the cash generated from the Rangers fans.
  6. Well they are shite,so the young guns would have a good chance of getting a result. I wonder what SKY/ESPN whoever is showing the game would think about it,especially if Ally said this is his squad for next season?.
  7. ALLY McCOIST insists there IS a way back for Kyle Lafferty at Rangers despite the player being suspended for two weeks by the club for a breach of discipline. And the Light Blues manager has accused the striker's representative and his former agent of trying to get him a move to the English Championship behind the club's back. Lafferty failed to join the squad on Friday for the journey through to Edinburgh for Saturday's game at Hearts despite being told to by the Light Blues manager. That infuriated McCoist after some previous indiscretions and he felt he had no choice but to impose the punishment he has. The Northern Ireland striker will miss the games with Celtic, Dundee United and Motherwell and given he is lacking fitness, his season is probably over now as a result. McCoist is adamant Lafferty left him with no choice but to respond in the way he has - but maintains the rift between them can be healed. Nevertheless, he is furious with both his player's conduct and that of those advising him behind the scenes. McCoist told RangersTV.tv show Blues News: "There was unfortunately yet another breach of discipline from Kyle and as you can imagine, it's the absolutely last thing we needed. "He was in the squad to travel (to Edinburgh) and we were due to leave on Friday to go through to Tynecastle. "But there was a failure to show for the travelling party. I phoned him and left a message because I couldn't get him and I asked him to get back to me. "He didn't do that so I felt there was no other action to take and I didn't take that action lightly. "We have had to take the action of suspending him and he has obviously taken his medicine. He has taken advice from the PFA and I spoke to his representative. "I also know his agent and his previous agent have been speaking to a Championship manager down south which I'm not sure is allowed. "I think he has been winding us up the wrong way and the supporters and certainly the players deserve a lot, lot better from one of their own. "We have a great set of boys and you don't want to disrupt them but those lads in that dressing room deserve better. "I am really disappointed in Kyle's actions and sadly the thing is it's unfortunately not the first time." Asked if Lafferty could work his way back into his plans, McCoist added: "Of course, absolutely. "I obviously have a problem with him at the moment but the one thing I will never do as a manager is hold grudges. "I appreciate people do make mistakes and nobody made more of them than me as a player. "But you have to learn from them and I have told Kyle on numerous occasions that now is the time he has to start learning. "We all think he is a smashing lad and we all know the talent he has got but we want to see it at this club. If it's not at this club, he's running out of time for it to be somewhere else."
  8. I hope Ally puts out an under 17 team against the BHEASTS
  9. Blue Heaven Statement! The Committee and Members of Blue Heaven would like to address the current situation of fabulous establishment which of course is Rangers FC. Since the 14/02/12 we have watched with disappointment our great club going through Hell due to the negligence of 2 Men. Since then due the negligence of the later namely Craig Whyte we have entered administration. Firstly as fan’s the broken promises and the heartache that Mr Whyte has put us through will never be forgotten. Our club to many of us is a way of life and a release of everyday stress’s that the normal man and woman go through on a weekly basis are released on a Saturday when we meet with friends prior to the match for a few drinks and then enjoy watching our famous Team play for the Jersey usually followed by another few celebratory drinks afterwards. Since entering Administration there have been a few key points I wish to point out. Firstly why was there no Due diligence or investigation undertook into Mr Whyte prior to the takeover of our club by the boffins in the SFA and SPL it is of my opinion as the governing bodies that this makes them as guilty if not more so than Rangers FC. Secondly we feel the SFA/SPL have carefully announced and timed these announcements to threaten the very existence of our club the first one being the announcement of New rules to be proposed for clubs entering Administration or Liquidation looking at this and the timing of this announcement was taken to destroy the takeover and the very existence of our club. Then the next one again preferred bidder status close to being announced with the fan’s favourites The Blue Knights looking to be favourites to be announce the SFA sledgehammer is wielded once again and we are given a £160000 fine and banned from signing any players over the age of 18 for 1 year. Bear’s make no mistake our enemies are coming to cripple our very existence of our Great Club and the time has come that us the fans, the life blood of the club need to come together and quite simply say no one shall separate us and we will fight till the day is done. Blue Heaven welcome all other statements made today from various supporters groups and it is good to see everyone coming together in a show of Unity. We feel the statement issued by Mark Dingwall from the Rangers supporter trust in regards to biased views with in the SFA is 100% correct. To the wider Rangers family now is the time and the day to start fighting back and as a famous Legend once said let the battle fever commence. We urge all fans to act in a peaceful manner and as a group we will be in attendance for the protest march to Hampden and urge all Rangers fans whither you attend matches every week or not to be there. People we really need to act now and hurt our enemies in the same manner they are hurting us and there are many peaceful law abiding ways this can be done. Make no mistake fellow Bears that we have entered our Biggest Match yet and this is the time that us the Rangers Supporter’s need to make a difference and prove to our enemies why we are the world’s greatest club. On finishing I would like to address 2 English Men who are currently in charge of the SFA and the SPL to think about this, do you know what our club means to us the Fans or have you ever stopped to think about it before announcing your sanctions? UNITED WE STAND BLUE HEAVEN
  10. He's bang on the money with everything he says and just who are the panel members?,surely this has to be revealed?.
  11. No harm in contacting them all to let them know our intentions.
  12. Rangers could always field a youth team and no fans turn up for the game!
  13. SCOTTISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION lawyer, Vincent Lunny and Neil Lennonâ??s Queenâ??s Counsel, Derek Ogg have been accused of coming to a private agreement over the charges the Celtic manager faced for being red carded at Ibrox. And the amazing allegations being aimed at a senior and highly respected member of the Bar, Ogg QC and the SFAâ??s lawyer Lunny, is that they cut a deal over the Lennon charges. That these two extremely senior legal figures, did not allow the evidence of the offences Lennon was charged with committing during the last Old Firm game, to be put before the SFAâ??s Judicial Panel. If these outrageous claims can be proven to be true, then any such alleged stitch up entered into by lawyer Lunny may be seen by some to have been done by him in order to get Lennon a lighter sentence. As it was, there was an astonishing precedent created when the SFA Judicial Panel ruled that being sent from the technical area â?? the managerial and coaching equivalent of a red card, - warranted NO punishment. That not being able to take part in the second half of the match was punishment enough for Neil Lennon. And according to what is claimed, the Judicial Panel were NOT allowed hear from the witnesses, referee Calum Murray, the two linesmen, though fourth official, Iain Brines, who is a senior police officer and well used to giving evidence under oath, did give evidence. I believe the phrase he used to describe what Lennon said was, industrial language, which I believe translates as swearing. If true, it throws into confusion the whole raft of new disciplinary procedures put in place by the SFA of Stewart Regan and his pal and fellow Hampden boardroom member, Celtic chief executive, Peter Lawwell, on the advice of Celtic and Lennonâ??s former QC, the late Paul McBride. So who is making these allegations? Who is it who appears to have questioned the integrity of the Scottish Football Associationâ??s Compliance Officer, Vincent Lunny. Who is it who appears to be defaming the late Paul McBride QCâ??s close friend and colleague, a man who has spent the last few weeks at the centre of a major murder trial, Derek Ogg QC? Who is it who is claiming the whole thing has been a major result for Neil Lennon? Step forward our old friendâ?¦. MATT McGLONE! Yesterday, when I mentioned McGloneâ??s name in connection with Alex Thomson, the prancing poltroon of a poseur from Channel Four News, I promised there would be more on him. SOON! Well here it is. And it proves just how well connected Matt McGlone, publisher of the Celtic fanzine, the Alternative View â?? headquarters Mail Box 491, 355, Byres Rd, Glasgow, G12, 8QZ â?? actually is. The question though is, where is he so well connected to be able to claim he knows what went on at Neil Lennonâ??s hearing before the Scottish Football Associationâ??s anonymous three-man Judicial Panel? Is he well connected inside Parkhead? Or is Matt McGlone well connected inside Hampden? Inside the Scottish Football Association of Stewart Regan and his boardroom pal, Celtic chief executive, Peter Lawwell? McGlone certainly responded quickly to any inside info he was leaked about what went on when Neil Lennon faced the SFA court. In fact, McGlone, who took to Twitter to relay what he claimed was his exclusive news, was even moved to boast how he had bested all other media outlets in terms of speed and detail. And it was the detail which was astonishing. To start with Matt McGlone Tweeted :â?The verdict was a major result for Neil. No sentence on the Ibrox tunnel incident, a petty two game ban handed down for Cup Final comments.â? Minutes later McGlone Tweeted again, this time claiming: â??Vincent Lunny, the SFA man, took Lennyâ??s QC Derek Ogg outside of the bodyâ??s hearing to sort it out, such was the mess about to break for the SFA.â? A few minutes later and McGlone could contain himself no longer, Tweeting: â??Vincent Lunny avoided a major embarrassment for the SFA, coming to a deal with Derek Ogg, avoiding a bigger crisis. A major result for Neil.â? Whether or not the Scottish Football Association lawyer, Vincent Lunny believes he has been defamed by Matt McGlone is a matter he is better qualified to judge than I. And Derek Ogg QC is possibly even more able to form a view on that matter. As for referee, Calum Murray? As for his two linesmen? As for the fourth official, Iain Brines, himself a police officer? If the allegations Matt McGlone has made are true then the officials are left believing the man who is meant to prosecute the offender â?? in this case Neil Lennon â?? on their behalf, SFA lawyer Lunny, has no faith in their evidence. If that is the case then the whole system is on the brink of collapse with many people perhaps taking the view lawyer Lunny, acting on behalf of his paymaster, Celtic chief executive, Peter Lawwell, who is also an SFA Director who sits in the Hampden boardroom with his good chum, SFA chief executive, Stewart Regan, is compromised if Matt McGloneâ??s allegations have any foundation in fact. Of course, if what McGlone alleges is mere Tommy Rot, then no doubt lawyer Lunny and Ogg QC will seek to defend their professional integrity and reputation by demanding he prove it. ........ AND....... Tomorrow....... How Stewart Regan and his Scottish Football Association have KILLED Scottish football.
  14. It would be worth it mate,IMO
  15. We should get the players to kick off the live game on Sunday and the players should walk off, with the fans leaving the piggery at the same time, let the watching world see the protest.
  16. We Rangers fans really need to hurt the SPL/SFA in any possible way we can.Fuck the SFA/fuck the SPL and the whole of Scottish football. Withdraw all Rangers players from the Scotland squad for a start, boycott every fucking team in the league...............
  17. Mon, Apr 23, 2012 Tweet Duff and Phelps, joint administrators of Rangers Football Club, issued the following statement on the outcome of the SFA disciplinary hearing. Paul Clark, joint administrator, said: "All of us working on behalf of the Club are utterly shocked and dismayed by the draconian sanctions imposed on Rangers in respect of these charges. "It appears that on one hand the disciplinary panel accepted our central argument that responsibility for bringing the Club into disrepute lay with the actions of one individual - Craig Whyte - as is evident from the unprecedented punishment meted out to him. "During this hearing the Club produced compelling evidence from a number of sources that following his takeover, Craig Whyte ran the Club in a thoroughly unaccountable manner, rather than adhering to a long-established and proper form of corporate governance. "The thrust of the charges against the Club focused on non-payment of payroll taxes and evidence was produced that all such decisions in this area were taken by Craig Whyte during his tenure. "Given this evidence, it is difficult to comprehend that the disciplinary panel has seen fit to effectively punish the Club even more heavily than Mr Whyte. As everyone knows, it has already been decided he is not a fit and proper person to run a football club and any further punishment on him will have little or no impact. "However, for Rangers, a ban on signing players will seriously undermine the Club's efforts to rebuild after being rendered insolvent. "Furthermore, we do not know how bidders for the Club will react to these sanctions and what affect they will have on their proposals. "The Club has asked for full written reasons for these decisions and intend to appeal against the findings.''
