Heard a rumour that he would be fit for the season start. A fan said he spoke to him and got it straight from the horse's mouth. Though don't remember if I posted it anywhere on here as some people aren't keen on unsubstantiated rumours.

Possibly Whitbread I guess. Also need a wide right midfielder or attacking winger type player. Unless we stick with 4-4-2 and put Davis out there and give Boyd a partner.

That's part of the point though. Greater experience of being a winner, and winning is a habit. So get it up you (and Mowbray)!

Adam is technically a very good player. His problem was always a lack of pace that I think was often confused for being unfit for some reason. A while back it was rumoured Adam was scoring the highest of any player in aerobic fitness testing. I also don't think he's overweight. He has a body type and shape that is quite heavy, but I don't believe he is carrying a lot of excess fat. He was played wide left a lot and out on the wings a lack of pace would be more obviously exposed, however his favoured position is in the centre.

Well apparently it's on again on Monday so someone could maybe get a better recording then? I don't have the know how or the facility to do it.

There are a lot of intertwined issues relating to their finances it's hard to sum it all up in one post and ascertain the impact of each of the different facets. 1) New management compensation. 2) Potentially no CL football. 3) Increasing debt? 4) First team/squad players need replacing; Hartley, Nakamura, Venegoor of Hesselink for starters. 5) Dimishing season ticket sales. 6) Balde's �£1million bonus. Probably some other factors i've over looked too. Going to be a very interesting summer at Torbett Towers. If they get it wrong we could be looking at 2iar, more guaranteed CL football and perpetual cycle of success for us on the field and on the balancee sheet with the reverse true for Celtic unless they change from their stratgey of financial prudence and gamble with a large outlay in transfer funds to attain on field success and get their finances back on track.

Compensation fee for Mowbray has been met, thought to be �£2million. Also need to pay for Grant and the other guy (name escapes me at the minute). Bobo's reputed loyalty bonus of �£1million to be considered too. With no guaranteed CL football and the bounty that brings (they are not expected to qualify going on seedings) will Celtic have any kind of transfer budget before selling players?

I know the the last two are correct. And I remember reading, prior to this most recent victory being secured, people were talking about niar and another recent SPL Championship win at Tannadice but don't recall the year. Someone else will confirm.
