  1. Location isn't great I agree but the section was superb - even if we had a few logistical problems.
  2. I was quite surprised that comment wasn't edited actually... Seriously, STV are doing a great job of working with the unofficial sites and it's good to help them out from time to time. [/MOONLIGHTING]
  3. BD (and those who played last year) you don't need to register as you're still signed up to the league. As per the original post.
  4. Haven't noticed any issues myself. Best to pm bmck when this happens and he'll investigate for you.
  5. Raman met me in the Dakota Eurocentral hotel and handed over a brown paper bag full of laundered notes. All he said was 'Copy | Copy | Copy'...
  6. Hmm, I'd suggest he's unlikely due to cost and the fact we now have Ortiz, Wylde and Wallace who can all play on the left. I guess it depends on just how much CW wants to front-load us. Ooh-err missus.
  7. Quick bump, just in case anyone has missed this or has not entered their predictions yet.
  8. Ah, I think the Sebo page was proven to be a fake...
  9. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/263355-spl-201112-fan-preview-rangers/ Can't argue with anything there, I must admit...
  10. He's not on their website?
  11. Info from an American chum on Bedoya: Scrappy winger, mainly deployed on the right (though Orebro used him in the middle a lot). Was a late call-in to the US Gold Cup squad and was considered the breakout player for us (he'd had a few caps prior to that but didn't really claim a spot). Lots of work rate, helps out his teammates. Generally stays out wide as opposed to drifting in. He's got some skill going forward (9 goals in 62 appearances for Orebro), but he might be better suited in more of a defensive winger role (to use FM terminology). Did a good job shutting down opponents' left side in the Gold Cup. Kind of wiry, so I'd be a little concern about possibility for injury. Also he's way off the requirements to get a work permit. (I think he's at only about 20 or 25% of possible international appearance, though that should go up to around 50% when January rolls around)
  12. Rangers have been linked with Nigerian international defender Rabiu Afolabi who is apparently available on a Bosman.
  13. Seems like a Naismith type of player to me. Looks pretty good and the potential is certainly there.
  14. I guess can be added to the squad and with Papac's injury he may even start tomorrow.
  15. Anyone else who skim-reads my posts will be formally disciplined by admin...
  16. Our captain is suspended - as mentioned in preview...
  17. STV now agreeing that we've not made a bid... Big turnaround.
  18. I'm all coal bunker out here in East Lothian...
  19. IIRC, I think both clubs use a number of facilities depending on who is available at short notice.
  20. Gordon Smith expresses his delight: http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/263273-smiths-delight-as-rangers-confirm-lee-wallace-signing/
  21. Nah, not for me. Well past his best.
  22. Now on official site: http://www.rangers.co.uk/articles/20110721/wallace-on-his-way_2254024_2398396
  23. Fair points mate. Supporting a football club is an emotional process so most of us aren't always consistent in our arguments. Some bears are rather fickle and difficult to understand at times though. You know what they say about opinions and arse-holes though...
