Just you get the St Johnstone preview done... :box:

Official site suggesting we won't be making any signings as it stands... http://www.rangers.co.uk/articles/20100201/boughie-back-against-buddies_2254024_1951574

Agreed. McArthur was always going to be a non-starter IMO. Of course that may change in the future.
-
Was always going to be him or Victor - about the only two St Mirren players I could name from that era...
-
All reasons which I hope we'll sign at last one player...
-
Metlika is the trading name of one of Dave King's companies involved in the SARS investigation...
-
That's the old reverse psychology routine Danny... Laugh at the big names being linked but secretly hope Torres will come on loan....
-
I'd fancy one of our management team...
-
Probably describes my mood at the moment... I think we'll bring in one player but unsure they'll be of the quality required to immediately improve the team... Good to see you over here mate. Have you got the point I made about your user-name on OTF yet? :box:

Not heard anything that isn't in the media mate. Talk of 1-3 players coming in but I'd have thought this would have been picked up upon by now in the usual places if it was happening. Patience is a virtue I guess.

One more is likely - two possible.

They've signed him. Dutch fella on another forum suggests he's good going forward but poor defensively.

That's correct mate...

Good Interview in SoS Yesterday RE: Stuart Cosgrove and Media Bias
Frankie replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Indeed 26th... I remarked that the interview may bring new found praise from bears for Cosgrove but the common, garden 'devil-dug, Kestrel drinking' Celtic fan (thanks Gordon) may not be the only member of the green and grey examining Cosgrove's window status. I know for a fact that the presenter was embarrassed with his producer's sanctioning of a freelancer's 'hun' joke on the show last week so I suspect this week's editorial meeting will have much gnashing of teeth! -
Story moved to original post...

I guess we could use a thread for relevant transfers throughout today until midnight. Rangers specific deals in bold please: 10.01: Celtic sign Diomansy Kamara from Fulham (loan) and Motherwell youngster Paul Slane (4.5 year deal) 10.54: Steven Lennon leaves for Lincoln City on a loan deal until the end of the season... 12.01: Celtic sign Edson Braafheid on loan from Bayern Munich. 13.24: Paul Emslie signs for Peterhead on loan from Rangers. 14.38: Daniel Cousin has left Hull City to join Greek side Larissa on loan until the end of the season.

Boyd: Thread Updated: Back in full training this week
Frankie replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
That's also fair enough comment, Cal... As always the truth is probably somewhere in the middle but IMO Boyd has always been an important player so should have been treated as such in contract talks - never mind trying to sell. -
I think McArthur is a decent player but would prefer we developed our own young players as he's no better than what they could be given a chance IMO.

Exactly... -
http://sport.scotsman.com/football/Saturday-Interview-Cosgrove-the-champion.6028570.jp FWIW, I know a lot of bears distrust Cosgrove because of the content of some of his work but have spoken with him a few times over the years I know he's sympathetic to our opinions on the media and has also helped me personally with charitable donations for Moni Malawi. Good to read his comments here suggesting Rangers fans are quite correct to question the influence of the media in Scotland.

Celtic sign Diomansy Kamara...
-
Can't say I know a lot about him but I'd imagine he's better than what they have currently... Going to be an interesting day!
-
I thought £20K per week was our ceiling now...?

Maybe because Boyd doesn't want to sign it...? :box: -

Looks extremely unlikely he'll be leaving today and hopefully he'll be fit in the next couple of weeks as we've missed his goal threat!
