Just been told Le Guen is off and Billy Davis is taken over as manager. This is from the same source that told me about Fergie being stripped of the captaincy a couple of hours before it came out. Don't shot the messanger if it doesn't happen but I trust the source.

I agree but he hasn't shown it, a manager can't live on his reputation forever. I would give him til January next year, this season is a lost cause he now has two chances to get the squad sorted. Hopefully he will get a bit of financial backing and we can move forwards under PLG.

Up til yesterday I was all for giving Le Guen time and tbh probably still am but you have to see were the get le guen out camp are coming from. Sebo, sionko, letizi, Svensson and Papac haven't exactly set the heather a light. and imo Clement has been average in most of our spl away games. Now he has stripped our captain of the captaincy and the club is in a much worse state than it was this time last year. I think Le guen underestimated the SPL and if given the chance he will come good.

Thats exactly how I see it, still though I stand by him as it stands unless Le Guen comes out and gives a really good reason for his actions. P.s those wankers shouting Le guen gtf are a disgrace.

I got told back in October that their was discontent in the dressing room. I was told it was many of the senior players who were a bit fed up with Le guen spouting about respect with out earning it. I just took this being a lot of shit at the time but maybe it has a bit of truth to it.

Does anyone know if he does this every other game of the season - ( faces the fans and blesses himeself ? ) If he does I have no problem with it, if he doesn't he is just doing it to provoke a reaction.

I thought Ferguson was amazing today. Sionko I thought was ok he put in a shift and done well to get in the box for the goal nothing spectacular mind you. Think today should more than anything what a difference it makes when we play two men up front to play off each other. Boyd when fit will benefit greatly from this formation. The balance to the defence looks so much better with Smith in the team aswell.

He taught Brown a thing or two today.

He can't win though the more time chasing for the team, the less time in the box where he is most prominent. More chasing = Less goals Less chasing = More goals + unhappy gaffer Just wish le Gaffer would let him do what he does best.

I am sitting on the fence over the whole Murray debate, on the one hand no one can dispute we have enjoyed some great times during his reign e.g NIAR, Last 16 and a few trebles. He has also continually IMO pulled out all the stops to keep Rangers moving forward both domestically and in Europe, especially by attracting two of best European coaches ( DA and PLG) to the SPL. Obviously Murray has many flaws, constantly letting the media drag the Rangers name through the mud with no opposition or sanctions on the bias journos. Also his empty promises over the years (For every £5 celtic spend.....) and ( point 3 in the false murray thread). For me though it boils down to better the devil you know, I would much rather Murray at the helm than a Mad Vlad type. P.s Point 2 in the false murray thread I feel is a bit unfair on DM. I think if PLG wasn't the worst kept secret ever many would have stopped speculating after he was unveiled and near enough every Rangers fan expected Le Guen to bring a "moonbeam" of success.
