The word on the street is that Greater Manchester police will show a relaxed attitude to drinking on the street on Wednesday. The normal drinking ban has been lifted and we will be allowed a carry out into the fan zones, but NO glass bottles and apparently no MEGA carry outs. It sounds basically common sense - behave and you shouldn't get into any bother. Cans of Stella it is then :cheers:
