I thought DF was known for being the countries top defence lawyer,criminal cases must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt,which it is the prosecutions remit to do so. After reading of mcgill tying himself in knots and contradicting IS and his recollection of LBG involvement,I think there is more than reasonable doubt that prosecution claims of murray and co being unaware of ticketus are stretching credibility.

Being said that the sale to white should be referred to TOP as neither Murray nor the bank were equitable with all shareholders,also being said that the CO case hinged on murray/bank not knowing tickets was involved, DR blew that line out of the water.

Findlay is very good no doubt about that,his dismantling of the prosecutions case is calm and collected,his exposure of LBG and murray duplicity is something all should thank him for.
