  1. The sooner we replace that pair, the better. Nowhere near good enough if we want to challenge for the title.
  2. It's good that the project striker we shouldn't have signed played well and scored when he came on. 🙂
  3. Robert Redford leading the way. And there's plenty more where that came from (Elvis, Steve McQueen, Martin Sheen etc.).
  4. I agree but it's a good starting point if you want to slag him off.
  5. If you insist.
  6. I only listen to snippets but no, Clement doesn't bug me anywhere near as much as Beale did.
  7. That's the thing. No one cares what managers or players say if the team are winning.
  8. Did Beale give any insightful answers during his press conferences? My stance hasn't changed - I've always thought press conferences, pre and post match interviews etc. are a load of shite. Beale's accent and general demeanor got on my nerves, he was quite unlikeable.
  9. I can't be arsed with Tom Lawrence. He has a haircut like a thirteen year old.
  10. Do people expect insightful answers during press conferences? May as well ask them what they're having for tea, for all the use it is. The only important stuff happens on the pitch.
  11. Rino Gattuso, Duncan Ferguson and Kevin Muscat. A fair few arses would get booted at least. 🤣
  12. Bennett, with the board's approval, presumably.
  13. I work 8-4 and I'm in my mid-40s - hangovers last about three days. Still like a bit of bad behaviour at weekends though...
  14. Don't think it's quite that simple. Sacking him would cost us a fortune. There are no obvious replacements. We only have skeleton staff at board level. We knew this wasn't going to be easy. We can't keep sacking managers ever Autumn.
  15. I try not to drink cans of juice during the week, so hopefully water will do.
  16. I think they made it pretty clear they're going to stick by him this season when they gave him the contract extension. I expect things will have to go really badly for him to be sacked. Judging by Sunday's performance, that's a distinct possibility.
  17. There's nearly 50,000 at our home matches, so you'll probably find there are various responses to each situation. The online support tends to be a bit more unhinged. An odd reaction to the current situation would to have a go at the support.
  18. Good way to get players fit and ready for first team action though.
  19. Danilo and Hagi are playing in the B Team to get fit for the first team. N'Siala is a project signing, so these matches will hopefully help him become more accustomed to Scottish football. Things are bad enough without pouring misery/sarcasm on snippets of good news.
  20. I wasn't too bothered about the Hagi situation a few weeks ago but surely we need to get him or Bajrami in behind the striker. The pair of them are more creative than Lawrence.
  21. A wee bit of good news makes a nice change.
  22. I think the board are determined to stick with PC. For the time being, I think we should too, although he's going to have to start being more pragmatic with tactics and line-ups at some point, otherwise things will get very difficult. The next three games will be huge, in terms of keeping the support on his side, although I think a significant percentage have already decided they want him gone. The players don't seem to be on his side. That's never a good sign.
  23. Cerny, Matondo and Danilo.
  24. No wonder we aren't scoring much with Lawrence and Dessers starting at 9 and 10. They're both pish.
