So, within a few weeks, we have won our league back, completed a very credible European run and the scum head honcho, manager and captain have all jumped ship. Off the top of my head, Serbia is probably quite similar, with two teams from the largest city constantly dominating all the silverware. Generally, European football is getting worse for certain clubs dominating, mainly because of the Champions League - the French, German and Italian leagues have been won by the same teams for several years (although Internazionale might alter this soon). I'd go for a sixteen team league in Scotland, playing home and away but know it will never happen.

I'm still of the opinion that Brown's post-match interview was the highlight of Sunday's derby. Terrific viewing.

We've had a bloody good season, certainly far better than what I anticipated. We've won the league with ease, performed magnificently in Europe (maybe not last week though) and there's more to look forward to if the team can stay focused. I think it may have been intentional because our coaching staff knew Celtc would be in better shape and also because they'll have watched their matches and noted their lack of cutting edge. There were certainly phases where we just stood off them and let them spray the ball around.

Football is a contact sport. Occasionally players will get injured. If there's a chance you can win the ball or score, go for it.
