In the current climate (at Rangers and in Scottish football), yes. I have no idea what the board are trying to do behind the scenes but they must be attempting to rectify the lack of staff in important roles.

We could try treating the men whose loans have kept the club afloat with a bit of respect, whilst tempering expectations but also not accepting how badly the team are performing. Neither 'sack the board' or 'accept mediocrity' are of much use to Rangers just now. We have problems at every level but the board can't release a statement about every part of the recruitment process, Clement needs to learn to adapt and compete better and we need another transfer window or two to rid ourselves of dross like Dessers and Lawrence.

Players are pretty much permanently on a transfer list anyway. If clubs want them, they'll make an offer.

Let's face it, we're not making any significant funds selling any of the current playing squad. The ones that stay fit are average or worse.

Beale set us back some distance. I'm not convinced Clement is the best man for the job but he still has a lot of Beale's mess to clean up, so deserves a bit of slack. Our away form is the big issue. We're struggling at every domestic away ground and this is killing any chance we have of competing for the title, as the yahoos are trouncing everyone, home and away.

Agreed. It's a bit of a standard demand when things aren't going well ('give the youths a chance') but bringing in a kid might not be the best idea when the support is so grumpy.

We have a midfield with a lot of energy but their goals/assists stats are almost non-existent. This is reflected in our goals scored column. This needs fixed or we're going to witness many more dull and dreary, low scoring matches.

Barron started 24 of 38 league matches last season. Clement will presumably know a lot more about Barron's fitness. I don't think playing the young lad every minute of every match is the best option.

The team suck the fun out of football visually. That drum sucks the fun out of football aurally. It's a chore watching Rangers.

Another dreary, predictable performance. Three points is always the main aim but we seem utterly incapable of putting pressure on the opposition for sustained periods. As others have said, the subs were questionable too. I don't think that bloody drum helps either. The monotonous nature of it just adds to the unappealing lack of variety on show.
