FOLLOWING a recent review, there have been some minor changes to Rangers’ internal governance structures. At the time that the previous board was removed, there was a dual reporting structure that duplicated non-executive director roles at the holding company (RIFC) and at the operating company (TRFC). This structure was not in accordance with best practice and appears to have been put in place by the previous board to accommodate the inability of Sandy Easdale to sit on the holding company board. The TRFC operating board has now been fully functioning for some time and with the imminent appointment of a Director of Football the RIFC board believes that it is appropriate that the TRFC board continues to function independently of the RIFC board within the mandates and budgets set by RIFC. Consequently, the non-executive directors appointed by RIFC to the TRFC board will now exercise their roles solely as non-executive directors of the holding company, RIFC. The executive management of the Club will then form the board of TRFC. https://rangers.co.uk/news/club/company-statement-3/

A post on FF from a relation to the lad. Default Re: Billy Gilmour Signs For Chelsea? (Unconfirmed Speculation) The situation is this - Billy is out of contract in the summer A host of top European teams have made contact, Chelsea, Arsenal etc Rangers have allowed Billy to visit a few teams as reported in press NO formal offers have been made because he is only 15 Billy has not decided but undoubtedly has options As I've posted before, stuff about sources from parents, contracts at Chelsea with houses etc are all crap Nothing is agreed It may happen, but at this moment it hasn't Rangers are very much in the running, the wee man played on Saturday too in bounce game As for some of the comments, get a ****ing g -

I thought the Baxter book said it was McKinnon, with my memory I wouldn't argue Great story though. -

I'm reading on FF. Just took a drive down, reds v whites. Mixture of 1st team squad in both teams with a sprinkling of under 20's in each team. Billy Gilmour had just came on as a sub for the reds. Peeking through the gates loyal.

Nottingham Forest set to appoint Mark Warburton

Was at the NF v Derby game today. Not impressed with the atmosphere for a derby game. MW wore tracksuit and trainers. Forest passed the ball to death Keeper passed to defenders everytime and put his team under pressure a few times. The fella next to me kept shouting to get it forward, enjoyed informing him to get used to the football, it doesn't change much. Felt sorry for him as his 'Scottish' team is Rangers. -
Three at the same time, doesn't sound good.

PRESS CONFERENCE | Pedro Caixinha | 16 Mar 2017
chilledbear replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I have been reading the local paper this morning ( Nottingham Evening Post ). They have a new Manager, I'm sure I've heard the interviews before somewhere. The very same soundbites and cliches as uttered in Glasgow, praising Frank being one of them of course. Pedro is like a breath of fresh air, it will be interesting to see how he copes on and off the park. -
Thanks and a shake of the hand after training, never catch on in Scotland !!

PC admits he hasn't spoken to @RangersFC owner Dave King.

PC: My concern now is the players understanding our philosophy, and seeing if we need to adapt that to suit the players. Now that's a change from previous.
