I'd say all three of those guys got a lot of respect from Rangers fans because they were good honest Celtic men that didn't hide the fact they were Celtic fans as well as players and managers. Ultimately it's Lennons background, who he mixes with and his public hatred of anything Rangers. Now he's the manager he is trying to portray a facade that butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.
